This person calls at least 6 times per day.  I have asked them not to call again, even yelled at them with no effect.  They call right back within a couple of hours just as though it's their 1st time. How can I stop this?

I just received a call from 212-4375 on my cell phone.  The odd thing was that there was no area code in the caller ID.  I didn't answer and hopefully that will discourage future annoying calls (similar to not replying to SPAM on your computer).  BTW, I'm near Seattle WA.

They have called me 15 times in three days, 9 times since yesterday.  I have stated I am on the Federal Do Not Call list, told them "do not call, do not sell this number", etc.  They continue calling.  I believe they got the number from "Lending Tree.com", despite my asking that company NOT to sell my name... Lending Tree has an incorrect name for me, and that's who they keep asking for!

these people are driving me nuts. they've been calling my cell phone 2-5 times a day for the past four days. i haven't answered, but the last time they inadvertently left me a voice mail - it sounded like the woman thought she had a person on the other end. the first several times they called, there was no area code showing up on my caller id, but the last time they called, it showed 254-212-4375. the most interesting data point is that this started immediately after incessant phone calls from 818-456-1234 had ceased.

This person has called 3 times already today.   I answered on the 3rd time but no one was there.  Hasn't attempted to leave a message or anything...very annoying!

To update my earlier post;
212-4375 continued calling yesterday and I finally answered.  Seems they are looking for a guy named Jackson, who I'm familiar with.  

I've had this same cell phone number for 5 years now, but the previous owner was named Jackson and he apparently has financial problems because many bill collectors have called trying to reach him.  

I explained to the 212-4375 guy yesterday that I'm not Jackson and this is no longer his number.  Yet today they've called twice.  The 2nd time I spoke with someone named Cyrus (he only gave his name after I asked) and tried to get the number he's calling from, at which point he hung up on me.

At this point I've changed the ringer on my cell phone to be silent whenever 212-4375 calls.  I guess ignoring will have to be the answer.

I get calls from 210-212-4375. I called back, and the guy on the phone says it is some type of scam, and he is not making these calls. He stated he has been getting at least 50 calls a day from people who he was supposed to have call. I live in Ohio.

They call 5 times per day.. ! they ask for Lucie..! i tell them they have a wrong number and they call back again and again

After receiving numerous calls from this number I pressed for more information from the thick accented caller.  He told me the name of the company he represented was AMR Home Loan Center and gave me a web address of Smartfundingcorp.com and after doing some research I learned that that web site is registered to a man named Ratan Baid.  If you look at the web site for AMRHomeloans.com note the similarity to the Smart Funding site. I also found that  a citation from the FCC dated 10/24/2006 was sent to Ratan Baid for violations of the communications act involving fax solicitations:

I also found that a loan from the import/export bank was made to Smart Funding Corp for the express purpose of setting up a call center in India (hence the accents).

We've been getting the same "credit rating" calls for the last week.  Most of the calls say 'out of area' on the caller id until last night one said Gilbert Aguirre. Our credit is excellent so I told him to take me off his call list every time, but they keep calling back!  Finally I yelled at the guy and now they are hanging up when we answer.  Annoying!

Same thing with me as well.  He wants us to refinance!  What a joke!?  Can anything be done?  Cell phone company could not help.  He has called 9 times in the past 3 days.

They are also calling me. The # leads back to a fax when called and their providers 1-877# doesn't work. I've been trying to find it with the 505 area code since i live in NM but i see multiple people are getting calls. Hmmm.

I called the San Antonio police dept to file a report on Gilbert Aguirre, caller id 210-212-4375.  The web lists his address as 123 Carmen Place, San Antonio, TX 78207.   I think if we all start calling the San Antonio police department with this information, they would have to do something to just get us all off of their backs.  Please, if you're getting these calls, call the police dept there, and let them know this information. There must be some way they can locate the address tied to the phone number, even if the address on the web is no longer accurate.  The phone bill for this number must go to some address.  The San Antonio police dept number is: (210) 207-7273.

He called my house twice so far today and would not leave a message. I knew something was fishy about the calls since they have been occurring for the past few months, so I decided to trace it and low and behold, this prick is only living in a residential neighborhood in Texas. Thanks to Google maps satellite, anyone can see his house. Maybe should send him some retaliation >:).

We have gotten phone calls from this Gilbert Aguirre at (210) 212-4375, relentlessly for the past month.  His address comes up on the web at: 123 Carmen Place, San Antonio, TX 78207.  I don't know if anything can be done about this information with law enforcement, but it seems if there's an address attached to it, it might help.

I for got to mention in my previous message that this person was not american, and called 2x's feb.11, 1x that I know of on feb. 12, and three times feb.  All of the calls were within short times of each other. My husband did answer the second call, and he did the same with him, he got very nasty when my husband kept askig him to repeat himself.  He asked my husband if he had his D in his ears.

Asked for my husband, told him he wasn't here. He said his credit was bad.  I told him, please take me off your calling list.  He said but your not --, I said, I have the right to tell you not to call my number anymore.  He got very abscene.  Telling me that I f'd you last night how woould your husband like that?  How would you like my D up your nose and my B's in your mouth?
I again told him to take me off the calling list.  He said you don't know who I am, I have your husbands social security number.  I told him that I was going to have this call traced.  I called my local phone co. and reported it and I also called my sherriffs dept. and reported it.  They are looking into it.  The call came up unknown name, but with the phone #.  I also gave the sherriff the possible name of this caller, that I got off this site from other people that he called, and the other phone # that he uses.  I am also reporting it to the do not call list and the FTC

I have too been receiving calls, SEVERAL, and they tell me my credit is bad, which it is not. I told them to remove me from call list yet they calls continue.  They also hung up on me when I tried to get more info. It started about mid January, 2008.  They called today AGAIN at 7:58am and 8:06am.  I have reported this number to the FTC and the DO NOT CALL REGISTERY just so it is out there.  Everytime I get a call I report it.  


Prior to this number I was getting calls from 818-456-1234 with the same, bad credit!  Anyone else get a call from this number too?
Also, they are all foriegn speaking as is not American english, I had a hard time understanding all of these people.

This caller is a scam. Wants money to repair and/or improve your credit scores. For $495 they will increase your credit scores by 100 points minimum. They want your credit card numbers and social security number. Do not answer their calls. If you do, hang up. Do not give them any information. I've reported them to the local authorities and they are presently under investigation. Personally, jail would be too good for them.

Calls relentlessly. Never answers. Never leaves message. He needs to stop.

This number has been calling 6-8 times a day. Wife answered one call. Caller tried to say our credit report was down. Totally untrue, because we have a perfect credit history, monitored by a private service. Caller ID is Gilbert Aquirre. Calls are harassment. The people responsible need to see the inside of a jail.

I hit *57 to have this call traced.  These calls are harrassment. Once again woke up on my day off!!! These people should be shot! Gilbert Aguirre must die!! (If that's his real name)

Have received their calls from 8:30 am till 9:00pm EST EVERY DAY for the past month!!!  No one is ever on the other end of the call...

If I ever get an actual voice on the other end - GOD help 'em!!!
