Answered on 2nd ring; heard woman's voice and then disconnected.
Called back; one ring and operator recording "This number cannot be completed as dialed.  Another call resulted in same message.

1st call was 6/15 @ 5:50pm with Caller ID of TEXAS STATE.
Didn't answer it b/c I didn't recognize the number +it was after hours.
No v-mail was left.

2nd call was 6/20 @ 3:28pm - same caller ID.
I picked up before it went into v-mail, but got a 'click' + dead air.

I tried calling only to get:
"Call cannot be completed as dailed.
Please check the number and dial again."

I tried researching the phone in Google:

This address is just outside Lackland AFB.

BTW:
If they ARE truly a state agency,
they are exempt from the Do Not Call list.

I answered the call but no one was there.  Called back and the message I got was "Call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try again."

Got a call from Texas State several times under this number but no one left a message.

Caller ID readss "Texas State".  Call came in at 8:50 p.m.  No message left.

The Caller ID reads, "Texas State" with the above number.  On my answering machine was a loud, obnoxious woman's voice saying, "Hello?  Hello?  Hello?  Hello?  Hello? Hello?"  Then she hung up, after tying up my message machine for quite awhile.  I believe this is from a credit collector, as I have gotten many erroneous calls from a collection agency for a man who does not live at my house.  I told that collection lady that she was never to call again, as she had called again and again and I was not the person she apparently wanted.  Now, I am getting called from 1-210-223-5021.

we got a phone call from this number and there was no answer...the caller id did say TEXAS STATE....but thats it

Left no message - Unknown Caller on caller id.

on caller id, left no message.  I called it back and said it was not a working #
