This number has called me multiple times in a two month time span. I have asked them to remove my number from their list multiple times. I have had it today, and finally filed an official complaint about the number with the FCC. If you are being harassed and called by this number, I suggest you do the same. I think the FCC will take action if there are more people filing a complaint about these losers!

These creeps have called my home 7 times in less than 5 minutes!   I have not answered.  Unbelievable.  Name on caller ID says TEXAS.

Called 3 times within a 5 minute period.  I did not answer.  This is really annoying.

They called repeatedly. I looked up the number in between calls and found all these comments. On the next call I answered. She asked for Mr or Mrs Rawlings. I told her "you have the wrong number and it's ridiculous that you would call this many times in a row!" She rudely apologized and said I would be put on their do not call list.  

DO NOT PICK UP!!! Why would anyone answer an unknown long distance number??? NEVER engage them in conversation OR ask to be "removed"! That will put you on a list of "good numbers" And NEVER call back! If you do, you are "doomed" to repeated calls. VOIP (voice over internet protocol) internet phone service allows scammers all over the world to call us using a "spoofed" (fake) caller I.D.s If you block one number they will just "spoof" another one. Many are in a foreign country. Just ignore them!!! And don't use your name on answering machine or voicemail. Just use your phone number. Expensive call-blockers will not stop them (new "spoofed" numbers). Reporting them to the gov't. will not stop them (foreign soil). And asking them to be removed only makes it WORSE. Update:  I finally answered because like all the above, I realize that the calls will never stop and just run down my battery.  The young lady asked to speak to Francis.  I asked her why she was calling a number on the do on call list and she said my NAME and number was given to them by some other company I did not recognize.  I told her just to take me off the list.  But obviously, that is not true because my name is not Francis and I have had this cell phone number for over 20 years!  I am going to report this violation to the Consumer Division at the Texas Attorney General's office.  

Just got 5 calls in a row every 2 minutes, to my cell phone also. Never left a message to call back. And my number is on the Texas and National Do-Not-Call-List!  I know I have never done business with Energy Conservation Corp. before.  So how is it that they are getting away with this harassment?

Called 5 times in 8 minutes this afternoon.  I looked up the number here, and next time they rang, I picked up and shouted "STOP CALLING!" into the phone.  They haven't called again (yet).

Repeated telephone calls. Answered one time. Heard the presentation. Skeptical of the veracity of contents. Continue to receive telephone calls from the same number.

I called the number after getting several calls & they answered as an energy conservation

I called them back and they sounded like a LOT of people called back angry, and asking to be taken of the list. I was particularly steamed because the first time I called and they answered and I told them I wanted to be taken off their list, they just hung up on me.

I'm on the Do Not Call list but this number got mine somehow still and called

Did the exact same thing to me. My call log shows they called me EVERY 2-4 minutes for over an hour until I learned how to block the number

Very rude people. Called 2x within 10 minutes.  I called the number and I asked to be removed from their list and she hung up on me. I called back and got another person that was modestly more polite, but still hung up on me when I began to state I was making a note of this call and would be taking this higher if I get another call.

This number called 3 times within five minutes and never left a message. I was trying to take a test for my online course, so I picked up the phone and didn't say anything. Some lady says, "hello?" and I hear a busy call center behind her. She hung up when I didn't say anything. It hasn't called back so far, but we shall see.

This has called my six six times already today.This has been going on for several days.

This number called me 15 times in a row. So frikin annoying!

I don't want calls from this number

Called 9 times in 10 minutes.I answered  at call 10.  Leslie (who asked for my husband by name) said she was with "Energy Conservation Company" and that the government has approved a stimulus to give homeowners up to $5,000. I told her I was not interested.  She said that the energy audit would cost nothing.  I told her I was not interested, thank you, goodbye.

13 calls between 7:26 pm and 8:58 pm - never answered, no messages left.  

Last night got 11 calls in 1 hour.  Today 5 in 1 hour, so far.  Energy conservation.  Yesterday told them to stop calling.  Today I asked how to get the calls to stop.  She said it was on an auto dialer.

Called about 10 times. I told her I was on do not call. She said was not was a telemarketer. Wrong. National Do Not Call Registry website "Due to the Government shutdown, we are unable to offer this website service at this time. We will resume normal operations when the government is funded." Loophole?

Called many times and no one talks so its blocked, problem solved.

Everyone of you is right. It's the Energy Conservation Company and they're looking to speak to home owners. Just call them back. It took me 2 times to be successful, but don't give up. Just call them back and politely tell them to take your number off of their call list and then threaten to "take action" if they call again. If you are on the National Do Not Call list, or if they call your personal cell phone, report it immediately and try re-submitting your number to the NDNC.

Use donotcall.gov if you are on the do not call list. The site is down right now but they took care of unwanted calls in the past.
My wife and I have recieved many unwanted calls from 2102474165 and will be reported as soon as possible.
