I love it when they call. The debt collectors try to sound mean and scary to intimidate you. I just tell them, "Yes, I owe the money, but I decided that I'd really rather not pay you. I hope you're not mad, but I saw some really cool clothes I want to buy. They're sooooooo CUTE!" That makes them LIVID, and they yell and scream into the phone and threaten to send over investigators and "someone at [my] door who [ I ] don't want to see". You can have some really fun with these people! What are they going to do anyway?

received a call from 210-249-0916 on 11-1-13, but caller did not leave any message.

Called the # back, couldn't understand the woman who picked up but she transferred me to "britney gibbs" voicemail. Strange.

keeps calling day and night annoying

they call everyday. i just don't answer their questions. if i say anything i lie.

These people have been calling me for weeks. I don't answer it, but when they leave a voicemail it says that they are looking for so and so and if I continue to listen to the message then I am confirming that I am this person. So from then on, each time they leave a message I immediately delete it as soon as I have the option. What the point of setting up a website and saying its a "do no call registry" and you give them your numbers and it states that  your numbers will be on the list for 5 years, if these people still call? It's all so stupid.!

this number called at 8 something this morning asking for my husband's ex-girlfriend from over 16 years ago. strange. i told him not to call back. we are also on the do not call list but i guess that doesn't matter.

They were looking for somone related the same last name.

They called me ask for me by name and wanted to verify my name and address.  I told them I don't give any information over the phone.  He said ok, thank you and hung up.  I think he said he was from United Recovery Services, and I'm guessing that's a  debt collector.   Do I owe money? Yes.  So what, they're not going to get it.

They called me, too. Hung up when the answering machine got it. I am on the DO NOT CALL list!!!

They called me, knew my name, and asked about Jimmy Frank?  I'm concerned.  Does anybody know these people.

This company called and tricked my daughter (who is 13) into giving out a private number of a relative. If anyone did actually somehow owe this collection agency some sort of debt, do they really think their actions will result in a successful debt collection? They did not identify themselves or their intent to my daughter, who is a friendly trustful person by nature. They apparently can not stoop too low. :/

keeps calling our business lines... do not answer and hang up.  Called them and told them to stop calling...they stated they would stop calling....lets see how long that will work.

this call is a scam trying to get personal info

Called me today asking about a neighbor on my street.  Caller said his name was Flores.  Told him as his name came up as Unknown on my caller ID I could only assume he or his company have something to hide so I asked him to lose my number since I'm on the do not call list.

Here is more information regarding this collection agency:
   *  Discussing details of the consumers' alleged debts with third parties, such as the consumers' parents, children, employers and co-workers;
   * Communicating with consumers at times or places that the company knew or should have known to be inconvenient, including at the consumers' place of employment;
   * Using language the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse;
   * Falsely stating or implying that failure to pay the debt could result in arrest, imprisonment, or garnishment of wages; and
   * Threatening to take action - such as filing a collection suit against the consumer - when the company did not intend to take such action.
All the above was filed against this collection agency in Apr 2002 by the FTC.

got a call from this same number by someone named Bob Eliott wanting to speak to me or my wife...used this number but gave a 888 number to contact them back....just another collecting agency trying to be smarter than you or I.

keeps calling about a family member who is deceased

Calls atleast 6 times per day..... will not respond when we answer.  Annoying!!  UGH!!!
