These numbers keep calling my teenager. Any clue who they are or what they want?

I got a call from 210 249 5005 and a man was speaking with a very heavy accent. I couldnt understand anything he was saying

They keep calling. Especially while I am at work or at home eating dinner. They have a few numbers. 210-249-5020, 800-706-5005,800-706-5025, 800-706-5020, 800-706-5002, 800-706-5017,800-706-5008, 800-706-5015, 800-706-5010,800-706-5001, 210-249-5002, 800-706-5014,210-249-5007. They have called 16 times in the last week alone.  They call all the time and it's so frustrating.

calls and leaves no message
