This number calls often, but doesn't speak when I answer.  Big annoyance.

The Do Not Call List is a big JOKE so please don't say "I'm on the DNCL and they still called me". I used a Panasonic phone to block the calls from these scumbags.

i keep getting a call fom BCPF from 412 228 4509 I dont answer and they never leave a message. They just hang up and leave a dial tone message. Who is this? Does anyone know?

Just got a call from 2102553211 and didn't answer due to harassing phone calls from someone in San Antonio

Got call from 210-255-3211 and when the answer phone came on they hung up...didn't leave message.

This number calls about every day and night and no one says anything and they do not leave a message.  Think  I finally go someone to respond once and told them not to call again and they still keep calling.  Cannot remember who it was.  Think it was something to do with helping policemen
s families.

Yep, this is another frequent caller....do not call lists DONT work.  I finally got caller id for my landline again and also forward to my cell phone when I am not home.  I dont answer anymore but I did see a suggestion from another 'victim' to press the magic number to get to talk to someone and then blow a HORN or WHISTLE into the receiver as loud as you can.  It may not stop them completely but at least you will get a little satisfaction that now THEY are feeling harrassed. They will not leave a message on answering machine.  The call comes from 210-255-3211.  I also am on the "Do Not Call List" for all the good it does.  I continue to receive unwarranted calls and although I refuse to answer, they don't give up.  I can expect a call most every day.  Changing your phone number has little effect - I have already done this - they are still able to get your number and will continue to call.

This is one of the many unwanted calls I get.  I am on the do not call list.  I have so many calls blocked (12) that it will not take any more  AND THE BLOCKED CALLS COME IN ANYWAY AND RING ABOUT 2 TIMES---JUST ENOUGH TO WAKE ME UP AND SCARE ME.  I AM SO SO DISGUSTED WITH OUR PHONE SECURITY SYSTEM AND THESE CROOKS THAT PROBABLY GET PAID FOR HARRASSING  US .  I TURN MY PHONE OFF AT NIGHT, WHICH IS PROBABLY NOT GOOD SINCE I AM A WIDOW AND LIVE ALONE. (EXCEPT FOR MY GUN)

Breast Cancer Prevention Foundation - BCPF.  Begging for money.  Congress should outlaw the practice of letting beggars call you, too.  They are just as annoying as the commercial callers, maybe more so.  This one tried to argue with me when I told her I was NOT interested.

Me too , someone  called me from  this number ( 4 times ), and won`t say  a word.

Same complaints as others but don't hang up when answer machine answers and uses my voice mail time until it is full and I have illness in the family and they cannot leave a message.

I got a phone call from this number and it says on Call ID BCPF. No on would say anything.

Annoying to get calls where no one speaks! Hangs up whenever I answer. Hopefully I will remember this number and not answer again... Fat lot of good being on the Do Not Call list does, by the way...
