I received a call from this number yesterday, with Caller ID reading "Vantroba, Randall"  A young woman asked for someone by first and last name, I told her there is no one here by that name.  She was kind and apologized for dialing the wrong number.  She again called back today and asked for our President by first name only.  It was the same woman, so I asked who she was with and if I could take a message.  She stated she was with BLACK DIAMOND EXPLORATION and said she would call back later.  I googled that and seems fishy, not really sure what they could be calling us about, completely unrelated business.

Also, it's a Filipino call center.  Recognize the accents for sure!

They claim to be a renewable energy company with nothing to sell.  They want you to register on their site.  They are extremely persistent and annoying.   Don't talk with them.

Indian accent and they want to pitch an alternative energy investment that uses waste to generate electricity.   Problem is?

This company is NOT a US based company so you'll have no protections should you decide to put money into this dog.

This number is a fake - when called back it comes up as disconneccted.

They gave me another number when i asked them aboout this 951-777-4290 - looks as if this is a call center number.  Haven't tried it as of yet.

no message, just repeated calls

This time it was garbage to energy. Telemarketing call.

Just got a call July 3rd from this number.  Missed the call, no message left and tried calling it back.  Recording comes on saying "this number is no longer in service".  If it's not in service, how did it call my phone?

I, too, have received calls from 210-280-8094.  They have called several times and I have never answered the calls, but they called again this morning and I answered.  The lady asked for my husband and I told her he was not in and asked if I could help her.  She said no and hung up.  I tried calling back but got the message that the number I called was not a working number.  If they should call back I am going to tell them that I know they have called in the past and if they don't take me off their call list, I will report them to the FBI.

received this call once in awhile.  I ignore it and they never leave a msg.

Same here repeated calls, sometimes answers about payday loans, sometimes no answers. They know my first and last name. So the last time they called I told them I didn't know anyone by that name and they hung up. Now i just ignore the calls.

i thought it was a relitive calling so i awnsered the wanted to know if i wanted a vacation they said you have won a vaccation

Called on my land line and my cellphone at the exact same time. Didn't leave a message on either line.

These people keep calling me and saying "hello..hello....hello"  When I first answer and say hello it is just dead air for 5 seconds or more. After I stay on the phone for a few more seconds, an automated voice says 'Goodbye'. These foreigners call many times per day and it is getting really frustrating!!

omg! i have told them soo many times to quit it is only after i threatened them with the FCC and FBI that i got an apology and they stopped. when you call the number back its not working. so everyone tell them that FBI is on the case and they will immediately stop

Called me over 10 times within the last two days. Have no idea who it is or why they would call me. Caller Id comes up that the number is from San Antonio Texas.

thses people are relentless. all hours of the day at least 20 calls per day. i dont answer them because i have a few times and it is just silence or someone with an accent so thick i cant understand a word so i hang up.

I've been having the same phone calls; no message; repeated calls.  it's a bother.

I have received calls from 210-280-8094, 3185-433442 and 888-779-3403. they asked for Victor cruz... I told them "wrong number" and they are still calling... can we sue them?

They have called me four times in the past three hours after I picked up and asked them to stop.  I consider this harassment and plant on contacting the state attorney general!

I got a message similar to that, but this man(heavy foreign accent), said he was from the FBI/ Criminal Department. Was very rude. I did call the FBI in my State and explained why I was calling. The lady told me they had no one by that name working for them and that I was 10th caller within an hour regarding the same thing(person using the same name). They called back about an hour later and I told them I contacted the FBI and he told me I should not have done that and called me some dirty names.

I've received several calls from 210-280-8094 and 347-960-0611 same people different number his claims his name is Mark.  He call 15 times a day at my job.

THESE PEOPLE HAVE CALLED MY NUMBER 12 TIMES IN 6 HOURS.  I TELL THEM THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR IS NOT AT THIS NUMBER AND TO REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR DATA BASE....THEY ARE F**KING STUPID A**ES.
