SAme here these low lifes started calling me from 210-282-5016 after I texted 210-918-3082 to stop calling.

These people started calling me after I stupidly put my number on an online survey. After four days of them calling more than a dozen times a day, I finally answered with "Can I help you?". When the operator started to go into her script I stopped her asked for her name, the name of the company and her supervisor.  She stumbled several times said my name and wanted to know why I needed that.  I replied that I never told her my name and that this is the info that I wanted from her. She hung up and I have not heard from them since.  Long story short.  Take control of the conversation.

calls every half hour for 3 days now

I just called Sprint and they said there's nothing they can do. They suggested to save the number as SPAM and not to answer it...lol, I just got called again from it!! Any how, keep it as SPAM and maybe soon they'll create an option to block single numbers.

Oops, the caller was not Sprint. I am a Sprint user..again, the number that calls is 210- 282-5016.

This number 210-282-5016 has called my cell 5 times already (twice yesterday - back to back and 3 times in a row today)...who is it? I'm going to call Sprint and see what I can do about blocking it. It drives me crazy...I have tried calling it back and says it can't completed as dialed, strange, huh.

I have started to receive about 10 calls a day starting this past Mon. Aug10th. It comes in as USAA on Caller ID. Got home early today and answered it, thinking it might be from the USAA federal insurance group which has excellent rates for gov't people and their dependents. Instead, I got a 2 second delay and then "Boiler Room" background noise, A "Filipino-sounding woman" asked for me by Last first and then my Last name. I told her why were they calling me 10-15 times a day? She said I had filled out some on-line survey regarding baby items. I told her NOT and that I was on the "Do NOT Call List and she said is this my correct address. I told her I was GOING to file a COMPLAINT with "DNC agency" and she kept "babbling" is this my correct address. I immediately HUNG-UP and now I'm going to the DNC website to FILE a COMPLAINT!!
Other numbers consumers should be aware of that have called me this entire week are 416-916-1091, 888-282-1968, 602-373-4442, 314-627-5516, 404-647-0981, 818-933-0014215-383-5517, 602354-1348, 818-654-5777, 801-765-5976. This is ALL in one 8 hr. day!! Thank goodness I'm at work but very ANNOYING!!

i just started receiving today as well...tried to call back, number cannot be connected. haven't been around to answer when they have called...work all day...

I have received 3 phone calls from this number today alone.  On the third call I answered, they ask for someone else, but the caller simply said, that's ok as long as I have you on the phone I would like to tell you about....at which point I hung up!!

i as well have recieved 7 phone calls this morning alone from the same number.  why are they calling and who are they?

This number 210-252-5016 called me 15 times on yesterday. They have already called me twice today. I have no idea who this number is and when you call them back it said number can't be completed as dialed.

I am getting a call from this number every few minutes, I am on the no call list and don't want these calls

Make sure you complain to the FCC and your phone provider, and block the calls if your provider allows it (or set a line trap).

This number has started calling after blocking the 210-918-3082 number which called several times a few days ago.

I get the same thing. 210-282-5016 keeps calling and no one is on the line. I am on the do not call list and it keeps happening.

What government agency polices this? Does anyone know

Over past several days the calls are many and mostly in the evenings sometime 2-4 times in one night.  I don't know caller in San Antonio TX or USAA.  I don't know anyone in San Antonio TX.  You would think they would stop calling if I don't answer but they are persistent but so am I and I won't answer.

I don't want to jinx it, but they have stopped calling me since I gave them my ex's new address and phone number.  Just play along with it (don't get nasty, they want that), then somehow substitute the name, phone number and address of someone you don't like.  I'll give you my ex's if you want to use his again!

Oh my goodness, for three days in a row now, I have been getting phone calls from these people.

1st Day = 31 calls
2nd Day = 21 calls
3rd Day = 29 calls

No, moron, I'm not going to give you my credit card information; I don't know who the heck you are! I haven't answered the phone since the first time. I saved the number as "Don't Answer."

I have gotten 3 calls this morning.  The only reason I answered the call was because I thought it was USAA. When I told them to stop calling me, they said WHY?  I replied, I don't have to give you a reason.  Stop calling.

USAA/210-282-5016 has been calling me everyday for the last week and 1/2. When I answer the phone, when I answer the phone they hang up. What is the point of calling if they are going to hang up? I don't get it. It's a waste of my time and theirs.

Sorry, me again. Played along with her this time. She actually was calling me Phil. Asked me how much free money I want from the government that I will never have to pay back. What the hell -- I said 2 million bucks. Asked me what I would use it for and she listed a bunch of stuff for me to choose from. I said "pay bills." Told me she was gonna mail me a package of info about how to get my free $2 million and wanted to make sure she had the right address. I had to correct her on that and change it from my current address to my ex's address. THEN she told me that in order to mail it to me, I had to pay $2.95 S&H right then over the phone, like with a credit card or something. I told her I couldn't pay her $2.95, that was the reason I needed $2 million. Didn't I have any friends or family members nearby who could pay the $2.95 for me with THEIR credit cards? I said yes, write down these numbers, and I gave her my ex-husbands phone numbers.  Then I got mad and said, "Those are the real Phil's phone numbers.  I am not Phil.  You people have called me 10 times this week and don't do it again."  Done.  Maybe.

They have called a few times in the past week asking for my ex-husband, who I kicked out 2 1/2 years ago.  They don't care when I fish for information before telling them he doesn't live here anymore.  In fact, they call back the next day!  Once they said he had applied online for college grant money, and I laughed my head off.  He never went past 10th grade, and it shows.  Stupid as sin.  Last night when they called they told me he had applied on line for "free money" from the government.  Again I laughed.  I told the chick he's been getting free money from the government his whole life since he has never once filed taxes in the almost 35 years he has been working.  I only wish the people at this number spoke better English so we could understand each other.  I would not be surprised if it's one of those trick things to catch my idiot ex-husband (OMG they just called while I'm writing this!) who owes gazillions of dollars to the world.  Remember the Cops episode when they sent postcards to a bunch of people with warrants saying if they showed up at such-and-such a place, they would get a free TV?  Then when they showed up, they got arrested.  Betcha this is something like that.  BTW, I was only married to this jerk for 5 years and we never had kids, so I'm trying to block him out!!!!  LOL  After writing a book about him ...

Calls everyday and no one answers when I pick up.

Has called on my personal cell phone 18 times in the last 2 days.  They asked to talk to a name I cannot remember right now.  Then continued to talk about government grants and asked my name and if was over 21.  I refused to answer any questions and asked to be taken off their list.  One other call I asked to speak with their supervisor, they refused and hung up.

I called USAA bank and found that 210-282-5016 is a legitimate phone number, so I picked up my phone the next time they called.  Said they were calling back "David".  When I said there was no David there she asked me my name to "properly speak to me."  I told her that my number better be taken off their list and they were spoofing a USAA bank number on the caller Id and that was illegal.  If I got another call I would report her.  She said "go ahead" and I hung up.
