I get 2-3 calls every single day on both of my phone lines. It's been going on for months. It would be funny if it weren't so damn annoying.

Why do they keep calling me. AT&T your'e going to lose my business

I would like for these calls to stop, they are very annoying.   can you please do something about it.

I just received a call, I am also on the do not disturb list too.  This number has called several times. It's 5pm on a Sat.  Never pickup a number that looks suspect.  If you do, never invite them to call back during normal hours.

I have young children in the house that wake up, I asked the lady what time it was and she tells me it was an automatic dial, so I repeated my question and she says 11:45 pm, I told her it was 8:45pm where I live and told her to call back between the hours of 8am and 5pm, why don't people get the clue.

These people have called me two days in a row.  I tell them I am extremely hard of hearing (true) and can't understand their stupid accents.  Told them that if they wanted to talk to me to have an American male call since I can hear male voices better.

same situation I suggest to all take a few minutrs to write to city attoney and state attoney about this and ABC I team.

I have gotten sick of the calls daily from this nmber 210-331-5247. I tried to answer it the otehr day and no one was there. Tonight I answered to see who is calling and it is a solicitation for AT&T. Wanted to change my phone service to include my internet and a flat rate long distance. It sounds good but I've never used DSL and do a lot of photo work on line. I need speed! I suspect this company is a house for many promotion from different companies.

On another site, someone reported that this is AT&T.  I don't understand how they can get away with violating the no call list.

You are wrong.  If someone is on the Do Not Call List, the FCC requires telemarketers to obtain written consent, EVEN IF THERE IS AN ESTABLISHED BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP.

Hey I'm not trying to sound rude but I'm just giving you a heads up. I'm a telemarketer. The National Do Not Call list doesn't except you from telemarketing calls. If you hold an existing business relationship with a company the legislature who created the list has entitled us to contact you about offers that you may want to know about. dnc list really is no help. Just a heads up. So in all reality unless you ask to be put on the company's dnc list, they can't owe you any money. Just a heads up. :P and by the way, we hate our job as much as you do.

I have been called by the West all times in the day and night.  It is really getting to me.  If this company represents At&t, I think I will call them to see if I can get these calls stopped.

I get calls from this number numerous times every day. There is never anyone on the other end. Sometimes the calls have come as late as 9 pm. Now that i see it's AT&T, I'm going to call them and see how i can get off of their list!!

I've been called two to three times and the caller does not leave any message.

I've been getting calls too, only 2 or 3 times a week so I guess I'm luckier than many! It usually takes me 3-4 rings to get to my phone, and by then "West" has gone on to the next, er, sucker, so I've never had an interaction with the call originator.

West (www.west.com) on behalf of AT&T High Speed Internet Sales.  They have called no fewer than 4 times per day for the last couple of weeks.  I've answered a few but either there wasn't anyone on the other end or they hung up.  They do not leave messages.  They call anywhere between 8 AM and 9 PM.  Finally today I got someone  And now AT&T will get a choice phone call from me...
