they have all your information and can tell you your social ## stop answering their questions they get really rude and hang up on you. BEST ADVICE TO TELL IF IT IS A SCAM REFUSE TO ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS 3 times or more, IF they get rude or hang up it confirms they are a scam.

If a caller does not leave a Name, Message explaining the nature of the call then I would recommend that you DO NOT RETURN THE CALL.

i too got cal frm dis number with voice msg as follows:
"We have important documents that may required your signature and need to be processed pending her to operate. You may press one now to be connected live chart mediation department or call us back by the end of business today at  888-878-5206. Failure to contact us will result in decisions being made without your knowledge. This serves a record of our finalist. This is an urgent message for Marlene. When you is, we have been a pain to locate and notify you of a very important pending matter that requires your immediate attention. We have important documents that may required your signature and need to be processed pending her to operate. You may press one now to be connected live chart mediation department or call us back by the end of business today at 88887852"

This is my 12th call from a phone number claiming that I have fraud charges against me - this one happened to call today saying that I must contact their legal department or that a result will be made in my case without my knowledge....really???  You need to give me more information then that.  Also, threatening to serve me at my home or office and that my rights will be waived if they serve me....are you kidding me - I don't know of any law that states that I don't have a right to defend myself on any legal charge -- leaving a threatening message and telling me to call your number back is not going to get me to call you back....all you get is your number blocked - I've noticed every time I block the number I get another call from a different state - Florida, New York, California, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio.

I JUST STARTED RECEIVING THESE CALLS AND IT'S A LOCAL NUMBER (SAN ANTONIO) A LADY LEAVES A VOICEMAIL AND I SWEAR SHE TRYS TO HAVE THE TOUGHEST DEMANDING VOICE POSSIBLE, MESSAGE SAYS "PRESS 1 TO BE CONNECTED TO MEDIATION DEPARTMENT. FAILURE TO CONTACT US WILL RESULT IN DECISION TO BE MADE WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE.  THIS SERVES AS OUR FINAL ATTEMPT." THEY DON'T SAY WHO THEY ARE CALLING FOR OR WHO THEY ARE, SO THEY GET NO CALL BACK.  IT SOUNDS JUST LIKE A LOT OF MUMBO JUMBO AND THEY THROW IN BIG LEGAL WORDS TO MAKE YOU THINK THEY ARE A LEGAL OFFICE. IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE!!

Keep getting voicemails from this number, msg states they are looking for David Thomas, that they are making a final determination on the claim and to call the following number immediately, 888-878-5206.

I dont know anyone by that name and have had my number for over two years.

Just received a call from the same number. It stated something about the police has received numerous complaints about us.

Leaves threatening messages about fictional "case against " you. But never says who they are calling for or why,
