Second recorded message with the same person answering the telephone this time the number calling was not 201-399-0201 but now "210-585-2325". Same recording hit the #1 and it disconnects. I did call back to inquire for more information. Caller identified himself as Bill Russell, from Investigative Services mailing address:
1094 South Main, San Antonio TX 78204. This address according to Google Maps does not exist. My attorney has me documenting the telephone calls. All information will be turned over to the proper authorities.

Received a voicemail from this number (201-399-0201). The caller did not state his name, company or who the call was directed to. I immediately thought this was a scam so I looked up this number. This is the second time I have received a call like this but last time the callers were foreigners.

I had a voice mail from this number stating something about fraud.

Someone from 210-399-0201 left a voice mail om my cell phone. Did'nt say who he was trying to reach, just said "this is  the fraud department, I need to speak to you or your legal counsel today". If this is a legit matter concerning fraud why would you take try to take care of this matter over the phone? You would think there would be at least a registered letter or something, not just a vague phone message!!!!!!,right?

A recording stated "this telephone number has been listed in a fraud complaint. Please press #1. When you press #1 - you are disconnected. Called back the person answering did not identify himself, my questions was "may I speak to your supervisor". He said "you don't need to speak to my supervisor".  I asked "Who are you and what is the name of your company", I was told "You don't need to know that information." He then got angry and yelled "You need to hire an attorney" and hung up on me.
Dear 210-399-0201: don't call again, please put all your accusations in writing and my attorney will be sending a reply.

A message was left from this number on both mine and my mother's phones,from an investigator Genero regarding to fradulent check charges that have been issued out of Monterey County and if she did not hear back from me she woul have a warrant issued for me. Not sure if this is legit, but she did not state what company she was calling from and seem to mess up on reading her script.

A message was left from this number stating that Investigator Stacey Genero was calling regarding two fraudulent checks and that if she didn't hear back from me she was going to contact the Rockland County Fraud Division and have a warrant issued regarding this matter.
