This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

called my job,threatened my boss to have them and me locked up if they did not put me on the phone, my boss googled the number and told me they were sure it was a scam, give me the name and number and said I was to call them,I called and did not get an answer,told my boss I had comitted a cybercrime on the internet and owed money to a payday loan commpany

Calls up to say there is a court judgment or something (Very hard to understand, painfully thick Indian accent) but gives no additional information.  Called and left a message at one point (we normally ignore the out of state calls), then called back half an hour later again.  

The gental man is calling my work and saying that I have comitted fradulant charges against my company but will not revile his name or company name. He just damands money or I will go to jail! It is obvioux this is a scam and my boss is furious and told me to make him stop calling. The man called 5 times in the last five minutes arguing with me demanding to speek with my boss. How do we take care of this and make him stop calling?

They been calling me for the last two weeks and they don't start

Receiving calls from the same number.  Blocked them on my cell phone, now they are calling my job, repeatedly.  Even went so far as to ask for my managers name.  I wouldn't give it to him so he fakes with another like they are going to find out on their own who my manager is and call them directly.  He calls right back.
