I got an email from Phillip Smith, and he placed the order over the phone.  I guess I didnt detect anything fishy, other than he had a thick accent.  I placed the order, so I guess what should I do now?
Please advise, first time dealing with something like this.

We got the following email which included the following # 708 401 3451. I called the number and a man answered but I didn't respond. Needless to say - it was obvious from reading the email that it was spam and a scam.

Using stolen credit cards to order Tee Shirts, we reported them to the credit card companies and the customers that we could get in touch with. They even have the credit card holders name, address and cvv #. This needs to be stopped. I reported them to the scam department.

They also change address for delivery. One went to 21-27 W. 149th St., Whitestone, NY 11357.
They other one that we caught was going to 8245 S Dante Ave, Chicago IL 60619

Got the same scam from Evans Holmes (Heavy foreign accent)

DON'T DO ANYTHING WITH THIS GUY HE IS A SCAMMER!!!

I did contact Chase Bank to verify transaction and report the scammer!!!

I got an email from this guy as well, just a few minutes ago June 4th 2013

He also asked me about blank shirts Gildan/Jerzee etc... originally asked about 600 shirts and I responded with a price for printed shirts as we do not sell blanks. He then emailed me again asking about 800 blanks instead. The address, name and number he gave me was this:

Total Scam: charged the shirts to a stolen credit card, luckily i was able to stop the shipment before it was delivered to the address.

I actually got an email from a Rodney Pinder with this number listed.  He is looking for granite countertops.  Here is the email from Rpinder@ymail.com:

I saw this number on Craigslist here in San Antonio..

He was giving away all his stuff FREE including a flat screen tv, sofas, fridge and other expencive things...
he lives in an apt so why would he be giving away a fridge,.. right.

I googled his number and found all these reports... so now he is scamming in another way,. i didnt call him so he can have my number so I have no clue what he was gonna try to sell me or start harassing me..

Beware of this person

Sadly I believed the craigslist ad and called. He did not answer, but I did leave a voicemail. Now I wish I had thought to look it up.

This number is on craigslist trying to give away free stuff all the time. 37 in plasma Tv, 50 in tv, couches, tables, anything U can think of. Said he was moving overseas

No call, but an email for blank t-shirts and this was the number to call him.This has been going on for over a year now we have just ignored his request again and again. These people need to be stopped.

Just got this same message from Gary Powell.  Thouught it was fishy.  Actually called the guy and could not understand one word he was saying.

Got an e mail and the subject line was Urgent Message. Thought it had to be a scam.He gave me his phone # in the e mail.
Glad I checked with you. If they are smart enough to do this they should be smart enough to get a real job!

He tried to scam me, but I've noticed this strange request before and told him we only accept checks or he'd have to come to our showroom..

to the person who has been stung and ordered the shirts.  If you were having them delivered to your place of business, return them (you will probably have to pay a restocking fee)  Hope it's not too late for you.
