Not true and when I told him he was nuts he said well get an attorney. I said I have one and was recording this call and he called me a drug addict and hung up.LOL So I called him back and told him he may want to see about getting an attorney and he hung up again. Go to http://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/offices_n_dirs/fielddiv/index.html Note the location of your local DEA office, and the telephone number.  Next time this assw*pe calls, say the person to whom he wishes to speak can be reached at this number - then give him the local DEA number.  They will take a very dim view of him impersonating any law enforcement officer.

Update:  Go to http://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/offices_n_dirs/fielddiv/index.html and find the location of your local DEA office and the telephone number.  Next time Jimmy Fox or Soxx or whatever the H*ll his name is calls, say the person whom he is looking for can be reached at this number - then give him the local DEA office number.  Believe me, they will take a very dim view of him impersonating a law enforcement officer.

Prank Call
I've recieved about five calls of this nature in the last year-they are obviously such idiots that they don't check to see if someone has been called more than once.

This is definitely a scam and you can read more about it on the DEA homepage under Scam Alerts. If I have the time, I usually mess with them until they catch on, which is, believe me, a very long time.

I got a call yesterday from alleged agent Jimmy Fox, telling me I had ordered a drug 6 years ago illegally on-line and that I was being investigated. When I told him that was nonsense, he said they were going to initiate a warrant and would come to my house to arrest me. I told him I was a NP and he hung up on me.

The number is registered with YMAX, which means it's a MagicJack number!  Since when do DEA agents use MagicJack?
Obviously scammers from the Dumb-inican Republic.

Prank Call
This number called me this morning. When I answered they didn't ask me for any money or to pay a fine, but he did address himself as special agent Fox with the drug enforcement division of the United States. After I  got an attitude with him he told me to contact an attorney and I was looking at 7-10 yeS in a state pen for ordering this Rx. When I told him I wasn't getting an attorney he said he was going to issue the warrant. I told him to do what he had to do...this is where it got stupid. He told me to get my lube ready bc he was coming over. He said to spread them wide and get ur lube ready. I asked what he said and he asked if I liked DP..WHAT! Do you like double penetration? And I hung up. After googleing the number I found out it was a scam.

Called and identified himself as Special Agent Mark Waller from the DEA Ohio Division. Indicated he is interested in the information I have about an ongoing investigation that has not been closed and that I have been identified as being able to answer an important question regarding an illegal Internet pharmacy purchase, and that the case has not been closed.  He states he is at the Ohio office; but upon further investigation this # actually appears to be land line in Texas. As he gave me a phone numer to  repturn his call, he accidentially said 21039967...I mean 2103998015.  Upon investigating this other potential number, discovered that 2103996780 is associated with this type of scam.

Political Call
The people claiming to be DEA from  this number is a completely SCAM.  Please do not entertain nor be intimidated by calls from  this or any other number claiming to be DEA.  If you are doing something that the DEA wants you for be sure they won't call you they will come and get you.

The callers will say they are DEA and that you ordered drugs illegally online and most likely you did because they can't sell them online anymore so now they are resorting to blackmailing those who have ordered online drugs.  This could be antibiotics.  Anything ordered online without a prescription in the US is illegal.

What is really scary is they will ask you to pay them a "FINE" to get out of trouble.  PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!   They will also offer to come to your home and collect the money.  Just tell them you will report immediately to the nearest DEA office and turn yourself in because you husband/wife/uncle/mother or whoever is Law Enforcement and they will escort you there and you will find out they will say NO don't do that blah blah blah.  It's so sad that these scammers from other countries are infiltrating our country and probably to fund terrorist operations.  DO NOT under any circumstances give these people money.
