He states he is Agent Paul Brown or the IRS. He wants to serve you papers.  scam

Sold our time share 30 years ago. Told caller I would love to have them sell it ! After wasting as much of their time as possible you can have a little satisfaction.

Just wanted to say "GREAT JOB"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These A-holes been calling me every day & night for the last week now. I know what the want. They want me to pay them to put my "Time Shares" out for rent. I can do the same thing and save a $1000 or more for what they want to charge me. They should be paying me.

Called this Sunday evening at 10:00 p.m. Mountain time. Very rude.  Another scam.

9 calls in 3 days - Magic Jack phone - accepts no messages.

They called three times today and left no message.

Just got a call from this number. Something about timeshares. The lady asked if I had a timeshare. When I said "no," she swore at me and hung up.

received call 1:30pm EDT, caller ID "Unknown". They don't know who they themselves are?

Please contact, http://www.fcc.gov/complaints... I do! Evertime they call or any other. FCC will send you Confirmation. Minchin it to the caller and find out how they take the news.

I got one of these years ago, best device ever invented. You can program it so your phone does not ring when certain numbers call. You can block all 800 numbers, all Private callers, and all telemarketers.

They keep calling "about my time share".
I keep telling them to stop calling, advise them that I'm on the Do Not Call list, and that I will report them once again.
They always say they'll take my number off their list, but they don't -- they just call again...........every few days.  And I keep reporting them.
Does reporting these calls to the Do Not Call list result in anything?  I was under the impression they would be fined for violating the list.

Have called my home phone twice in the last two days.  Leave no message.  I don't pick up when I don't recognize the number.  My home phone is on the do not call list.  Assume it's a telemarketer.

It was a robo call.  I told them after several minutes that I did not have any time to share with scammers from a # "Texas-210-401-2709",  To get a real job like your governor claims they have down there. I reported their number to the state attorney general and the federal trade commission

Called our house wanting to talk to us about our timeshare... weird. This is a first.

The first time I received a call from 210-401-2709, it was a guy telling me that there was a meeting in my area about how to use my timeshare and what time works best for me to attend.  I declined because "my area" was 90 miles away plus the fact that I hate to be reminded I was dumb enough to buy a timeshare in the first place.  I have received 2 to 3 calls per day since then.  I called the number back and got a voice msg saying the "MagicJack" customer I called is unavailable.  I have already maxed out the phone numbers I have blocked from telemarketer on my phone.....love that No Call list......so pissed.

sunday evening calls.... no one says anything.... they just stay on the line.... repeat calls..... 8am calls....FED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I DO NOT OWN ANY TIME SHARES.  HOW DID THEY GET MY NAME. THEY EVEN CALL ON SUNDAYS AND LATE EVENINGS.
I CUSSED HER OUT AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!
I HAVE CHECKED SEVERAL SITES AND THEY HAVE A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF COMPLIANTS!!!

Summer time brings out the villans and scammers selling timeshares, lemonade, and outhouses to anyone who will listen.    
ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER,   then you are in the club for a big surprise.....  Yeah Right !!!!!

THey  called me 4 times yesterday and one time today, already!
They say the do ont call list does not pertain to them because they are caling to tell me about a meeting/free dinner about my timeshare with  RCI  and how to use it better.

Maybe I should go to their "meeting/dinner" and bring a whislte or one of those horns and disrupt their meeting like they have disrupted my day.

I received a couple of calls from this number, but it shows on caller I'd as 11-210-401-2709.   I didn't answer, they left no message.  I've read on a couple of forums (fora?) that dialing 11 before a Sprint cell phone number would take you directly to voicemail (may not work in all markets).  That might explain the previous post re:  magic Jack user's full mailbox.  I'm guessing he/she isn't interested in emptying it.

Receiving same calls as everyone else. Caller id shows call comes from San Antonio 210-401-2709 and person said they are calling about my timeshare.

Just recently started getting these calls in last day or so.  Caller ID starts with V06141021312 and then lists the 210-401-2709 number.  Not sure what the V number is as it didn't show up in any search.  Husband tried answering last night but only heard 'clicking' noises on other end.  Will refuse to answer when I see this number and will report to National Do Not Call List.

This phone number calls my house daily....noone on other end.
