unknown number calling

recieved same call from michael donohue the number that called was not the number i was given to return the call . i called litegation inc and spoke to someone other than michael donohue, and he said i owed a payday loan from advance america in 2012 i informed him i never took a loan from that company, he proceded to inform me of three criminal charges for fraud and bad check. because they tried to extract money from my account but it was closed. i immediately checked that company out on the scam network and come to find out they do not exist. the phone numbers are 210-762 6590 and 210-468-0745. i was informed that if i did not contact by end of business day they will submit this claim to the local court for prosecution.. beware of these numbers and litegation inc of san antonio tx.

I received a call from these folks stating he is Michael Donahue saying he is from pre trial intervention. Stating I owed money to a previous loan company and I was being charged with criminal counts and when I returned the call she stated that I was just being informed and good luck to me and hung up. I called back again asking her more about who they are, who they represent they told me a company name however when I asked for more information  and what options they were often  then one was offered however they were not willing to provide any documentation to me via mail or email because she stated that "they don't do that. " I asked for their name, Litigation Services but could not give me a business license number.  

This is not the first call that I have received like this. I refuse to call them back. I REALLY listened to the voice today snd it sounds computer generated. I just delete the message and block the number. It does seem that it doesn't matter if I do block it, I have received the exact same call from different numbers.

Got a call from this number saying charges against me and even mentioned my bank name. They say they are Litegation Services.  Looked up number and Litigation is misspelled. The person answering gives her name an Nicole. Evidently FRAUD
