I received two calls from this number  I of course did NOT answer I called back and the recording said the number you are calling is not in service. How can that be if they called me? Anyhow its a cell not landline.

Got a call from this number saying there's a warrant for my arrest. Caller claim he is officer Ryan Smith, he even gave me his badge number. I was fooled at first, because the first 10 min he didn't ask for any personal information or credit card, he was actually giving me my info, he knew both of my numbers, my full address, etc. I honestly tought it was the irs because I do have an open case with them.

Something needs to be done about this, I'm very concerned where he got my info from.

Got call from this number on Feb 11th. He was claiming to be IRS officer.

I did receive 3 voice messages today from this phone number as well claiming IRS agent threatning with heavy indian accent.  Location of the number is San Antonio,TX.  Wonder whom should we complain to?

We received a similar message from David Cooper today who left a threatening message from the IRS.  Heavy Indian accent.  This is the 2d call with the exact same message (verbatim) that we have received this week.  The other message was from a DC area code.  We reported to the IRS but will also reach out to FBI and FCC.

Today (Feb 10, 2014) Someone named "Mark Becker" from this number claimed that he is from IRS criminal investigation dept. and they have an allegation against me. He asked me for some information. I was pretty sure that it was a scam so started asking back questions to him. He got pissed off, started cursing (and threatening that I would be in big trouble) and hung up.
