i have received the same call seems these calls always happen around tax time. have gotten to the point don't know the number i will answer and press alot of buttons. they hang up quick

I got a call from that number this morning from a gentleman with an Indian accent (I didn't answer; he left a voice message).  He said that he was calling from USA Parent Loans, or maybe USA Parrot Loans?  That I had been approved for $5K.  However, his English was so poor, I wasn't really sure what he was saying.  Considering the other people on this thread said that the call was about a survey or employment, I'm going to guess that he's really not interested in giving me a loan.  I just don't answer my phone unless I recognize the number.  Period.  Eventually they stop calling... or I block them.  Yay, Windows phones!

WN POSITIONS/WAKA NETWORK = PHISHING SCAM!

Received multiple calls from 509-588-7049 ? Location: Washington (Kennewick, Spokane, Yakima). ?Joeseph? and ?Chris? are the two ?telemarketers? ? who are actually phishing for personal information. Upon answering the initial call, I was informed that I had recently filled out an on-line survey (which I had not), and that they were calling me with a job opportunity. When I inquired how/where they?d obtained my number (which IS on the NO CALL list), I was hung up on.

SO, I proceeded to ring them back (approximately 4~5 dozen times!) thru out the day. An automated system is setup; push #1 for a representative, #9 to have your number removed. I chose #1 ? reaching both ?Joseph? and ?Chris? ? but no supervisor. Obviously, they?ve no way to identify incoming calls, or they?d not have kept answering. Eventually it went directly to a recording that said they were only open during the ?normal? business hours of 9:00am~9:00pm EST ? I began to receive this recording at 7:36pm EST.

Portions of the calls were computerized, but once they began to recognize my voice (after about the first 9 call backs) there was a fair amount of cursing/swearing, yelling, aggravated reactions, etc. from them. So will assume there?s a ?real? person on the phone line during a portion of the call(s)?unless they have computerized systems that swear like a sailor and react emotionally.

I am on too many no call lists to count and I am absolutely furious that I got a telemarketer call. It's a scam looking for personal info. It said I was in a survey and I never do surveys. Plus, like I said I'm on a lot of no call lists.

Received four calls within the past week, got another this morning, never answered or responded to any due to unfamilar number but message was left this time from Chris at WN Physicians job placement center responding to a request for employment that I had inquired about, he said.  Googled, saw this was a scam.  Did call him back to be removed from networking database but he hung up on me.  See online this has occurred in TX, I'm in Los Angeles and he used a local CA area code = 323-375-2110.  BEWARE...

They called my husbands cell and said he had filled out an online survey( he hadn't).Some guy named "Chris"asked him if he went to college or graduated high school or got his GED.when hubby started asking him questions he hung up.

I just got a call from somebody claimed that I filled up online survey and that I'm looking for a job!!!!!with wn postion ???????!!
I asked him a couple of Questions then he hang up!!!!!!!!!!please watch out for your personal info to be shared with such ppl that they might miss up your life!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the same call from Joseph today from WN Positions.  I am looking for a job and went on an interview yesterday, so I thought he was legitimate and the company was doing a follow up.  I foolishly game him my name, address, and e-mail address.  He asked if I would be interested in job training if it was paid for in full,  I said no, he immedialtly said I wasn't qualified for the position and hung up.  Now that I gave him my info, now what?  He didn't get any more information than what I have on my resume posted publicly on job sites.

I just got a phone call from WN. The guy told me that I did a online survey and they are trying to match the job for me.  When I ask if I can call back since I am at the middle of work.  He said I will call you back. It is a scam. I have never done a online survey.

guy called me an hour ago said his name is joesph and from wn physcians and said i did an online survey and to give him personal info......get lost loser...called from 859-534-3302     and said he was from florida when it was ky area code

This dude is using another number its 646-776-5952. Saying he is from wn company and saying the same thing about how i recently filled out an online survey which i did not and asked about my personal info. I said no i didnt and i didnt need a job then he hung up

I just received a call from 508-784-1355 & it was a man stating that he was responding to an online survey I completed re: job search.  He said he was calling from Orlando FL & I said I didn't recall filling out a survey.  He said that either way, he can help me find a job.  My cell phone was cutting in & out but I was asking him questions about his phone number being a Massachusetts number but he says he is calling from Orlando.  And I also asked how he got my number, because even if I had filled out a survey, I would not give my cell number.  There was a lot of silence & I ended up hanging up.  He has not called back.

This Ahhole called me--said I had filled out online survey...no such thing! Watch out for this scamer. Number using 210-485-3592.

ALSO recieved a phone call from this number. The guy was friendly and informed me that I took an online survey for a new job position. I NEVER do online surveys nor do I do any discount rewards etc. When I informed him of that, he then proceeded to tell me it won't cost me anything etc etc. Seems like a scam to me.

I received a call from this number, did not recogize the number and hung-up.

I have received a couple of calls from this number on my cell phone. Googleing WN Positions will only yield a company with a disclaimer in red apologising for this and stating that it is in no way connected with them, and several pages of complaints. If someone can find a city and state, we can sue them in small claims court if your number is on the do not call list.

watch out the number 210-485-3592 it's not for jobs is to get info.

I received a call a couple of minutes ago from this phone number. It was a guy named Joseph. He said I recently filled out an online survey, seeking a job. Um, no. I am currently at work and he STILL insisted on talking. No, thank you.

How do I report this scammer?

I got a call 2 minutes ago. Guy Identified himself as Joseph and said someone in my household filled out an online survey for job opportunities. NOPE. Told him to remove me fr the call lost and not to call back and hung up.

HI I'm THE person he called 5 times wanting info from he even had my address! Very SCARY # called from 801-852-8318 SCAM said O Sharon??  said i filled out survey to further education for job??

W.M. Position's called and said I applied for job's..I DID NOT. His name is JOSEPH..Said I filled a survey out at WALMART  when I bought a gift card.[WRONG} I NEVER SHOP THERE>>I NEVER BOUGHT GIFT CARD. I tried to get my number on do not call list they hang up! Big SCAM, WON"T PUT SUPERVISOR ON LINE??? I called Verizon and had the # blocked and asked her to look it up said it went no where.. LOOK OUT PEOPLE I think it's IDENTITY THIEF.    HERE IS THE #   267-820-9336 he is now using.  He also called my neighbor 5 times on the same thing!!

YUP! VERY LONG PAUSES. ITS PROBABLY AUTOMATED...MAYBE..IDK. BUT I CALLED BACK PRIVATE AND IT GAVE ME THE OPTION TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR LIST. SO I DID JUST THAT.

This is a phishing scam. Report these numbers when you get called.

Some guy took several seconds before saying anything.  Called on brand new cell account I set up this afternoon.  Said he was from some Physicians something or other that I'd contacted today.

hey, Thanks for the heads up on this scam caller.. Only one call on my cell phone so far.  
They always claim that We must have given them reason to call, due to some online survey..
I am sick & tired of these sneaky phone spammers!

received same call, WM Associates Career Placement, "Joseph" but from 206 area code - he asked if i was employed, he then asked for my date of birth including month, day and year - when i told him i of course was NOT going to provide that info he hung up on me; this was just 2 minutes ago....
