Scammers.  They are located in Texas and sell health insurance (at least according to them).  They also insist that the only reason they would call anyone is because someone called from a phone number, requesting that this scammer call them back.  Not true.  They have been calling me four times a day for months now.  I have never, nor would I ever, call any health insurance company in Texas (long, personal story).  When I spoke to them just now, I used my mobile phone, not the landline that they call me on, and I *67 first, and yet, when I asked them if there were any way they could stop calling me four times a day, the lady said "sure.  Goodbye" and hung up - never bothering to ask what phone number I wanted removed..
