Company name - Convergent Outsourcing - debt collection agency out of San Antonio Tx. Told them that the individual they were trying to contact was not us. Supposed to remove my phone number

same thing but i hit 1 then it they wanted to verify my last 4 of social of a personal matter but wouldnt say what type of personal matter until i tell me the matter of the call and then they gave up on the matter when i kept asking what the call was about.
