I received a call from this number today.  The recording used my maiden name, which I haven't used in almost 20 years.  It did not say a company name and when the line picked up, they hung up.  I believe this is the second time they have called.  I always search for numbers like this to find put who it is.  Glad that this information is out here.

They have called several times.  Since this was a San Antonio/Bexar County number I answered it last night.  It was a recording of someone named "Kelly Smith" looking for someone with my last name about an "important message"

Just another scam to get around the DNC laws by claiming you are requesting information from them when you "push 1" as the recording directs you to do.

Calls ands asks for me by name. Says Kelly Smith is trying to reach me and its real important, if you stay on hold to talk you will be on hold for awhile, told her not to call again they have the wrong person.

Their company name that they are using now is Convergence. It is a scam. They are located in downtown San Antonio, Do not gie your information iut to them. They have been reported in many identity theft scams.

Called my job and asked for me. Secretary answered and refused to transfer to me as it was a British voice named Kelly Smith. I'd never heard of such a person and could not fathom how they got my work number. I would like to sue because my job is my life. Does anyone know how I can find out who or what this is?

That number is a regular caller.  Usually 5 to 8 times a week.  Since I know NO one in San Antonio I never pickup.

After reading some of the posts above I am glad I haven't ever answered the call.

Received a letter yesterday stating i have a collection account for First Premier which is funny because First Premier just sent me a notice that they I have excellent credit and they want me to open another account with them. The letter states to call Convergent Outsourcing, Inc at 877-693-0014 but on the left side of the letter has another company ATERSO01 at a P.O Box in Wixom, MI. This is pretty suspect, just going to ignore. I also answered the call from 210-526-8770 and was put on hold to wait and talk to Kelly Smith. Was on hold too long and hung up. How do I stop these calls and this harrassment??? Does anyone know?

Just got a call from this number asking me for my ss# and address said they were with ford credit funny thing is I have a BMW?????

Just recived a call and answered and no one was there. Called it back and told me to wate for an operator. I hung up. Will call them back in a bit to cuss them out hehehehe

They have called me 4 times since October 5th. Have never answered and they have not left message. Called back tonight and a recording came on telling me that maurice chandler i think was busy

Called my cell and left no message, when you call the number back a operator answers and tells you to wait for the next representative and keeps repeating himself, I got tired of waiting and hung up.  If they don't leave a message then it's not important.

this tele macketer was harrassing me # 210-526-8770.

This is an unlisted land line in San Antonio Texas  using carrier Bandwidth.com CLEC LLC-TX.  Robo calls from Convergence as well as an English voice named Kelly Smith.  Calls all hours and days...usually every other day.  Has my complete name.  When real person comes on the line, known as Rick, he asked for mailing address and SS#.  I asked what he wanted.  He said, "I want you to have a nice day."  Hung up.  This is obviously a scam and possibly identity theft.  STOP THIS PERSON:  Turn this person in to the FTC, THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, and to BANDWIDTH.COM

They have called me ten times within the last week..each time i've answered and held on the line i get disconnected two minutes into holding. I decided to call them myself and they were insisting to verify my address and social and that they used to be compu but now are aspire... i told them i didnt know either name so i told them to send whatever info they have on me and if they have the correct amanda i will call them back once i saw the mailing they send me. (again if in fact they have the same address) I told them i had my someone to try and steal my identity stolen recently so i wasnt comfortable giving out my info..  they lady i spoke to became hostile so i repeated myself three times and told mail me or dont..its up to you.. and i Hung up

Received few calls from this number asking to verify my name and the last four numbers of my social I said heck no and hanged up beware

I received a phone call from this number identifying themselves as "Convergence something" as i could not understand the rest of the name asking to verify my mailing address as they had personal business to discuss with me.   When I asked about the business they just told me "have a nice day" and hung up.  Very suspicious.
