Called to cancel service after sticking out the 39 month contract.  They proceed to tell me since I didn't have a notice of intent to cancel letter on file they renewed the contract for another 12 months.  I'm canceling my credit card.  Watch out!

if you call vinit to service there equipment.......good luck...........they push there sales to get your
money.......then give you excuse after excuse.......there a fly by night operation..

I  HAD  vinit  and caneled poor serve. a month later they took money from my bank account.without
my permission.they
they wont come get my system...there employees said they cant give out the corporate
number.i ask the rep whos your boss he said i dont know............come on..

Have Vivint alarm system on my father's house. Call me all of the time to "check in" and ask if things are ok. Don't get such courtesy when I call them with a problem.

Recieved an unsolicited call from this number. Claimed to be the security business everyone else mentions. Asked to be removed from his list and I was not interested in his product.

Why did he have my name? >:(

These People call me like twice a day, everyday. It is Vivant, a home security system.

I got a call from this number and have never even heard of this alarm company.

Quit calling my cell phone.  I NEVER answer calls from numbers I don't know nor return them when no message was left.
