Didn't answer, called back and heard "press any number to be removed from list...

I didn't answer since there was no name, but I always call them back to see what pans out. Plus it is fun to pay them back with an annoying call.  What I got was a computer voice to "Press any digit to be removed from this list" hum, that seemed too easy.  The voice also says it may take 24 hours to be removed.  I will post again, if they call me again.  I think we should find the brain child behind this kind of tellamarketing, get their phone and address then randomly call and ring their door bell all day long.  

Received a call from this number. I answered and no one answered back. I held on the line for a few minutes and they hung up. They think they can intimidate me? They better think again. This is an all out war, I tell you. WAR!!

This is not a security company and its not a telemarketer. The number is being used as a proxy by Junk Debt collector to validate caller identities and phone numbers based your response. Most of the time all they need to do is just listen to you anwser ande based on your vioce tonality they can determine your gender, age and initial state of mind as to weather they think they got their target debter.

Robo call saying the FBI reports a break in in my area blah blah blah.  Same spam recording but different number.  Caller ID read Customer Service.

This is a telemarketer with a San Antonio area code. It's a recorded message trying to get you to have a "free" security system installed in your house. Even when I choose 9 to have them take me off the call list, I STILL get calls from different numbers with the same recording.

Yes! I heard a similar story from a client..I will advise them to report it to the police. This man sounds dangerous and certainly needs to be apprehended.

This number has come up on my cell phone caller ID twice. Both times the caller hung up. I've been advised to NEVER return "hang up" phone calls..they are scams!!! I am on a "do not call" list, but I get these stupid hang ups on a regular basis. NEVER call them back.

Just connecting the dots - same message about a free security system in exchange for a sign in your yard now coming from a New Hampshire number: 603-589-7240, which is also being reported on this site.

REPORT THIS GUY!!! If he gets enough reports on him, the FTC will investigate him. I have met this bum personally. He also goes door to door in new neighborhoods trying to get access to your home and makes offers he can't back. He is selling security Systems, alarms, and anything else he can try to sub-contract for profit. Scared the HELL out of my wife when we moved in to our new house - HE JUST WALKED RIGHT IN! He is a creepy guy and well known in West S.A for this crap! REPORT HIM PLEASE!!! (I did)

This number called my work offering me a "system at no cost".  I called back and there was a message asking me to "press any digit to be placed on a do not call list."  

got 2 calls from this number on my tracfone. No one has this number except my kids.

got a call on saturday the 8th at 12:34pm to my business landline (unplublished) phone. no message

got call 3/06/14 didn't answer i called back says if you want your number to be removed from the list press any key

Southwest Tn. Recvd call 8 Mar 2014 on my wife's cell phone. Did not answer.  Caller left no msg.  I am on "do not call" list,
but was surprised to find out her number was not.  It is now. :-)

Got a call today from this number. No voicemail and I don't answer random numbers.

Telemarketer , spam call , starts with " fbi reports home break in costs thousands of .... hung up

They called both my cell phone and my husband's cell phone within minutes. Neither of us answered and we are glad we didn't.
