Just got a call from this number asking for a Maria Gaitan which I ask who's calling they get persistent in asking if we are this person. Which were not but that we may know them , ask what's this in regards too, they get pushy and say we can't tell you personal. I think they have caller I'd cuz  I tried to call back to see if it would give a name of agency or something and they answered with maria is this you. I played it off and said someone called me from this number what's this about . but it sounds fishy they ask for date of birth too

I keep getting a call from this number 210-547-0293 and they ask me to confirm my date of birth, I have asked them several times who are they and then thy hang up. Until next time. he will not give me any info and its different people and different names. I am not confirming anything with them. I truly think this a scam

looking for family member in different state ... stating they just received important federal documentation. Liars...  Federal government has it's own database up-to-date

Exactly right they are from dewitt and sperry they will try and get family members to pay any ones debt and rude block their number

Received a message on voice mail early this morning telling me it was Ryan, and I needed to give him a call back today or tomorrow would also be all right.  He even left his "cell number" for me to get back to him this evening.  He didn't ask for anyone by name, so I thought it was possibly a call for someone else/he'd called the wrong number.  I returned his call to inform him he'd reached the wrong number.  He was looking for someone with my same last name.  When I told him I didn't know that person/he'd called the wrong number, he thanked me for calling, and I hung up.  There were multiple voices in the background, so I then knew it was not a personal phone call that had accidentally called my number.

I have received repeated calls and the name of the person calling is "Ryan" and for me to call back. He never  addresses me in the message so I know it is a recording and a "bait" call.  When I called back all I got was a lady who demanded that I giver her my number.  I told her that they called me and have my number so no deal.  She got pushy and since this was about the 10th call, I told her"  What you are selling, I ain't buying and quit calling!"  Didn't do any damn good.  Where do I file a complaint?

Or a collection agency I already told I'm disabled 22 with no income having to have my parents pay my doctors bills and scripts(8+) I'm not one not to pay but I'm grateful my parents are helping as much as they are these snacks always say "oh dont you have parents family or a friend to pay some" no you morons I'm an adult  it's not their bill! They'll get money when I earn it till then they can call from as many #s they want cause theyll get blocked as soon as I've explained the above

Ryan leaves me the same voicemail every damn day I blocked the number on my phone but still have to get voicemails from blocked #s. I never called back and after this I realize it's some kinda prank thing from some a** who can't do thier own dirty work or it's the popo lol

SPEARS, DEWITT, and HALL I have been getting calls from a voice recording telling me to call his cell phone when I call the number they ask me from my person information when i ask why. They repeat all my personal info I say yea that is me. Only then do they tell me that they are a debt collection company for a apartment i had in Texas. When I ask them not to call me again they do not follow my wishes. I finally had to scream and cuss at them to get them to tell me that they put a hold on my account casuse I told them that I was going to contact a lawyer what can be done with this company

I keep getting a call from this # and say's its Ryan, leaves a message saying Hey, What's going on please give me a call back on my San Antonio # 210-547-0293 but the phone # he is calling from is 312-683-9067 & 512-298-3703  or 800-954-0239 how many phone #'s does this person have and he sounds like its a friend of yours but its not.

Got a call from this number also. Some guy name Sam Smith, sounded more like Al Baba from Pakistan. I asked him for his real name and he would not give it. Told him I do not do business with foreigners and hung up.

I have been called numerous times and informed personnel that the person they are looking for does live here.  I've asked them to remove this number from their calling list twice and still got called.

Calls a few times a day leaves no message and when I do answer it hangs up.  Please stop!

I have received numerous calls from this number. Finally, I decided to answer the call. I spoke to a gentleman named " Frank Wilcox" in regards to a bank account I had completely forgot about.I am not the type of guy that goes around not paying his bills.Now, Frank was very professional and straight to the point.I paid off the balance that was owed and he faxed me a letter within 10 minutes of getting off the phone. The company he said he worked for was called "Spears, Dewitt & Hall" and he said they were just "Third Party Collections for numerous clients." Furthermore, this was the most professional collection call I have ever received... I wish all collection agencies trained their employees how this guy was trained.

I have been getting many calls from this phone number on a daily basis, anywhere from 5 to 10 phone calls a day.  The phone rings once or twice before I an even answer it.  I called the number severl weeks ago and did talk to a lady and she told me it involved my X-daughter-in-law and I bet it involves some credit problems.  I asked them to remove my number but I continue to receive calls; so called again and can't get an answer.    

I noticed on this site that I am not the only one receiving calls from this number.  I hope you can get my phone number blocked for this phone number.

I Also got a call same as everyone else and asking for someone who does not live here. Now we still get calls from this # and it only rings once. How can I get it to stop? No one is there, its like on a loop. Its not like I can them to stop. Every time I call the # back its always bzzzy.

I keep getting calls from this number also. They ask to speak to a man named Javier and I explain there is no one here by that name. They told me okay and I told them to take my number off their list, but apparently they don't understand because I still keep getting the calls. If this is a legit company they should have better manners and definitely stop calling if they are told I now have the number this Javier had. I gave this company my name even and told them when we got our (my husband and I) new numbers. Very seldom now do I answer calls on numbers that I don't reckonize. Either they can leave a message or maybe just maybe I might answer one day. Then if I need to I will add that number to my call list also so no more problems. It only becomes a problem if we allow it to be.

if they could stop calling to my house they are constanly calling and asking for the WRONG person!!..its getting annoying!!

A male named Chris Web called me from 9562420397 and left a message stating that he was calling in regards to Debby and Lisa. He said it was very important, almost sounding like there was a horrible accident. There was no explaination and he left this number 2105470293 saying to call back as soon as possible. I called that number and a different male answered and automatically asked for my personal information. I questioned the voice mail and the gentleman refused to answer. I told him to take me off the list and he responded that I cannot tell him what to do with his company. This number calls me at least two or three times a day for the past few weeks. I continually block their number, but they call me with new ones.

If you all have similar problems, report them. (http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre18.shtm) I just did. They are violating the FDCPA and you could possibly sue them.

Get two back to back calls from this number and it's very irritating!  Keep telling me I owe 10.00 on a bank account that I closed out in 2010 which I do NOT owe.

I get the same ones saying i owe them money on an apartment that i had in texas 4 years ago! that i know that i dont owe money to. Theyre now calling my grandparents and dont ask me how they got that number as i live in maine and they live in maryland!!

I get calls from this number that either leave no message OR a recorded on that says this is Greg (I forget the last name) & to call him back.  When I called back I got a lady & it was a collection agency!

guy called and said his name was Gregory and he will be at work till 5pm...........it was 9pm when he called.  he said call him back.  do not know him.

I get this call from this exact number, but its a girls voice and they actually say my name. I get this call everyday.

Ive being recieving several calls from this number. When answering the call, theres nothing just silence.
