I posted an ad to sell my motorcycle on craiglist in SF, California..this number texts me & demands my paypal information, THEN he''l come & pick up the bike, I kept demanding CASH because there's no point in paying paypal fees, then coming in person to buy something. He kept asking for my paypal email address. I got mad & text bombed him a few thousand times. (text bomb is an app that sends a large number of texts very quickly), so I hope he learned his lesson or lost all of his pre-paid phone minutes. Now I'm going to the Verizon Wireless website to block his number so he can't do it back to me, or contact me anymore.

Got calls from 210 560 0319 ATT SVC CNTR about 10 times a day for at least a month.  Blocked it on my Panansonic phone but it still rings 1 time before it gets blocked and hung up upon.  Filed a complaint with the FCC.  Then it stopped for about a month.  Took off that block on the phone.  Started up again this week so I put it back.  

I have never answered this call but expect it would not make any difference.

Averaging 10 calls/day around dinner time.

I enjoy the phone service from ATT since they have not sent me a bill in 4 years.
Ha Ha! The phone was working when I moved in but not a single bill.

My solution is simple, block the call - my phone will not even ring for blocked calls, and I changed my voice mail to www.youmail.com.  I set a 'special' voice mail up for that number.  It's nasty and threatens all sorts of legal action and demands several things of them.  I never know this has happened after the first call when I designate their number.  Once and done!

This call came through as 800-000-0000 on my cell phone.  The man said he was from AT&T and that I should go to www.att560.com to collect my $560.

What a bunch of baloney!  

I'm sure this was not AT&T; it was a low-life scammer who has nothing going for him in life.  So he has to resort to annoying people all day long to make a living.

My grandmother gets calls from this number 210-560-0139 several times daily.

This number 1-210-560-0139 ATT SVC CNTR has been calling me for months, 1-5 times a day.  Upon answering I have always received silence.  I blocked the number with my phone but the one ring is still annoying.

Yesterday the number of calls escalated to 13 times!!  Between 11:05 am and 5:45 pm Eastern time.   I checked my caller I.D and made a written record of each time they called.

Now today, they have called 25 times, between 11:05 am and 6:05 pm!!!! I'm not sure they are done. This is HORRIBLE!!!!

changing wont help.i have had cox internet and phone service for a month now and that same att number keeps calling so i use one of my cell phones to keep leaving blank messages.we should all pick a time and call them at the same time.its kinda of how you interupt bussnisses.they wont be able to use their own phones while all of us are calling.same idea of how websites get hacked and shut down by sending packets of data from mulitable people till it just crashes.ill check back and see what you guys think.

For about 8 weeks, @ approx. 10 calls a day, and every few minutes in the evening between 6-830p CST, our phone was constantly ringing. Our caller ID showed the number 210-560-139 with the name AT&T Service Center. They never left a message.  We did block this number on our phone system and even though we did this, the constant 1 phone ring every few minutes was frustrating. I tried calling them back a couple times to ask them to quit calling us. But that actually seemed to only make matters worse!
Finally, we could not take it any longer and I called AT&T customer service in technical services dept.
The guy I spoke with was nice, but I was NOT. I told him that we were so very annoyed  with AT &T that we wanted to drop our service with AT&T and go strictly with our cell phone provider. He was apologetic and tried to say at first that it was a hacker robo call and not actually from AT & T. But he also connected me to the AT&T call annoyance bureau to report, which I did. Amazingly,
WITHIN 24 hours we no longer received any more phone calls from this number.
Furthermore, we received a letter from AT&T asking that we contact our local law enforcement office if the calls continued. We find it ironic that was AT&T calling us, and we had to report their own company to the annoyance bureau in order for them to stop calling us!!!  We only have their phone service, we do not want their internet or TV service they have hounded us for the last two years with mail and so I guess they resorted to the low down phone call harrasment. If they start this again, we will most defintely drop them!

This number has called me twice today with the same message - add faster internet access. Both times it is an obviously non-English native speaker. I have twice told the caller to take me off their calling list.

caller ID for this number 210 560 0139 is  (ATT SVC CNTR) What is the reason that these lowlife hackers cannot be stopped?  Are they smarter than the phone companies?  Is this not a case for the FBI?

OK, here is the skinny on this number.  I just got off the phone with Tia, at A T & T.  This number is an A T & T Service Center.  They are calling about DSL they are offering at this time.  They call me many, too many times during the day and when I answer there is dead silence on the other end.  Sometimes if I stay ont he line long enough, it hangs up.  I have requested to be taken off the call list and Tia told me you can block telemarketer calls by dialing 888-382-1222.   Let's do it!!!

Caller ID states  ATT SVC CTR - I answer they hang up.  They call 8 times a day.

This number has called me over 15 times in the last three weeks...I've already spoken to them 4 times to tell them I am not interested and to stop calling me...I left them a message..the next time they call I am cancelling my service with AT&T completely..This is insane...are they trying to get more business or lose their current customers.

We usally get 5 or more calls per day about 15 minutes apart.
We had ATT switched carrier about a month ago, this is when the calls started.

It is very possible that these MORONS, who keep calling me twice daily, are using a system that autodials tons of numbers everyday using a FAKE caller id number. I know that it can be done, and sad to say, we may not be able to stop them, for now.

I simply added them as a record to my phone so I know to push them to voice mail upon their call,
AND i simply think of it as a wake up call for me to give thanks that i have a productive life, and eventually they will fade away like all the other MORONS who can not do right for society at simply their own inevitable expense.

While I have no problem believing it would be at&t, I just thought of...wouldn't at&t be selling u-verse instead of DSL ???
It is perhaps true that these calls are not originated by at&t directly though I would not be surprised if it is a reseller....

I've  been getting calls from this number for at least 6 months or more.  From the info here it would suggest the calls are from AT&T wanting us to switch to AT&T DSL.

I have all of my phone services though AT&T, which includes phone, long distance, and DSL.  So, I have my doubts that  the calls are actually from AT&T.  Because if it were actually from them, don't you think their records would show I already have their service, instead of wasting their time from a pre-existing customer?

Just a thought.

People really need to understand the DO NOT CALL list.... If you do business with a company, or have done so in the past 18 months, they are IMMUNE AND CAN CALL YOU, either stop your whining or change the law.
