You are so right. These people are the scum of the earth. Please do not fall for this. I filed a police report. Then I called and put a fraud alert on all three credit reporting companies. Finally, join Lifelock and change all accounts (bank credit cards ect).

Good luck.

I ignored them and they finally stopped calling. I didn't reply.  My phone company will not block so I now look them up (all of them) and call back if they leave a message that I recognize as legit. If that doesn't work, then *67 them to block your number and inquire. If they want information or a name - refuse or give them a false one to "test the waters" to find out about them. Once these scammers know your are on to them, they don't bother since there is nothing legal they can do except move on to the next person.
Watch some of the IRISHBUDDA's videos on You Tube. He is a scam-baiter who calls these idiots and shows you how pathetic they really are. Here is and example of a payday scam like the one who called you.
they will convince you that you can avoid prosecution by paying the debt now by sending money Western Union or Green-Dot from Wal-mart, etc..

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkR-omZATXg

Most people call to try to reason with these kind of people or to ask if they will remove them from their list.
Fact is that they are not legitimate and only want to harass ad scam people by threat and continued annoyance.

If you call back without blocking your number, they will use this as a leed to convince you that you are in trouble or ? (whatever)

I hope this helps and they stop calling.

There is no trial.  There is not case.  You are being harassed by ktichen-tabe scammers tryng to extort money from you.

See:  https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection

Report 'em!

Tell 'em if they have a legitimate debt then they are required to send you a copy of it with all particulars and it must be sent by US MAIL!  e-mail no good.

Every time they call someone they change their name.  Now they are known as legal mediation.  See previous entries.

DO NOT LET THEM INTIMIDATE YOU.

Report them to the police and local attorney general!

You might see if you can get a call-blocker installed where you work.  THERE IS NO TRIAL.  They just want to scare you into giving them money.  Usually by green card.  Don't fall for it.

I just receved the same voicemail, these people must be on a tangent as I have had several over the past couple of weeks.  I spoke with an attorney who practices consumer law and he said don't give them anything they have to send you something in the mail...also when you use google maps you will be able to see most of these addresses they give you are not legitimate either most often and address of some type of strip mall that has a UPS store there.....annoying to get all the calls, however I now don't call back at all, google the phone numbers and any information first usually can get the message as others have above it's a SCAM!!!!

I talked to my lawyer friend about this last night.  He called them and introduced himself as an attorney.  They hung up on him.  I called back and told them who I was and the woman I spoke to immediately started telling me that I was going to be picked up on Friday for stealing money from US National Bank.  She said that US National Bank lent me money and when they tried to get it back from my bank account they couldn't (BTW none of this is true).  I told her that I work for an attorneys office and if I were being arrested no one would call me ahead of time and tell me that.  She started getting nasty and very ghetto with me.  Then she starting spewing all this crazy information that didn't mean anything like if I was on parole I need to notify my parole officer that I am being arrested and taken to jail for stealing money from a bank.  Apparently the police are coming to get me on Friday haha.  The only information that she verified with me was my social security number, she had the entire number which is really scary and she had old banking information from over 2 years ago.  My attorney friend said to ignore it, monitor my credit, report it to the state Attorney General, FBI and FTC.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

?is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
?refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
?asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
?exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:

?Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.?Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
?Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
?Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
?Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

I have two messages on my work voice mail from a Justin Hrbosky of Pretrial Intervention telling me I have a case submitted against me and that he needs to speak to me today.  If he doesn't hear from me or my attorney today he will document that I have waived my right to counsel and proceed to trial.

I am not able to block calls from work so I have no idea how I am going to get this to stop.

Lucy,
They are a Scam (Kitchen Table Collection Scam) don't communicate with them. Read the rest of the messages in this post. Just block their number if possible or just don't answer.
The reason they won't provide you with documentation is that they don't play by the Law because they are an Illegal Collection company tiring to dupe people into thinking they owe a debt, threatening Jail, etc...

C and H National
Some sort of legal collections agency (A Real Scam, probably Payday Scam - not a legit collection company) to make you fearful of them.

Called and didn't leave message.
I called back with *67 (always use *67) and a lady named "Nancy".
She didn't want to tell me who they were (scam) and only insisted I provide her with my number first.
I told her I wanted to know who they were first before I gave my number out. She rudely hung up.

I called back repeated times and finally a man (black man) supposed to scare me off I guess, who just said "Hello" like he was from a gang. I told him That I knew it was C and H National and I asked what kind of company it was. He told me "first of all, They had 200 employees on 4 different floors and he didn't know what I was talking about." After telling me they were a Liigation company processing complaints (I guess the police and courts need to outsource now) and I did the same and not willing to give my number he told me not to call again and stop calling. The guy cursed me and said F.U. and called me a f**got for wasting his time.

How did he know I was calling all those times?
How come he didn't answer with their companies greeting?
Collection Scam!!!
Don't give these dead-beats any money trying to collect on wrote-off debts.

Please *67 them or block your number and harass them. They are not legal, so you won't get into any trouble since what are they gonna say - " while I was calling someone to collect a fraudulent debt, some one caught me and now won't leave me alone..."

Kitchen Table Collection Scam!!! I guess the IRS scam isn't working

Your right it is a scam, block their number and *67 them back when you call. They havn't got a clue.
Since this is no real business, they don't know how to answer the phone to give the business greeting. They think it's their friends.
They have a woman woring with them. She called herself "Nancy". I was told by this individual that they have over 200 employees working but it seams that 99.9% of the time the Black dude always answers (even a night). I need an employee like that. BTW, the .1% is Nancy.

Hope this helps,
Budda

I too just got a voice message from Jason Fabroski (sp?) at 210-571-0335 with the identical message you all are getting.  Interesting that we're all in trouble and it all happened in the last few days.  Jason needs to be put away after a trial, or put in the old fashioned stocks in the public square.
