Chase Credit Card Services collection

This is a collection agency from Morgan Chase in San Antonio TX.

Chase cannot have you arrested. There are no debtors prisons. File BK and tell the to suck you balls.

I started getting these Phone Calls a few days ago.  The thing is I settled the debt with Chase.

when is this government going to start looking out for us chumps and stop supporting these criminal credit card companies allowing them to harass us..yeah I owe them money but since I am a realtor and since Chase put the real estate market in the toilet, I am nearly broke..I cannot pay them what I do not have..they would not work with me and sent the SHERRIFF to my office with a summons suing me..put me in jail, bi***..that still wont get you paid

One of the reasons they were nasty is that they are a collection agency... if you are really dealing with the bank/owner of the debt, then they have certain protocols that do not involve being nasty... but all these collection agencies that call up are downright determined to be the worst to human beings...
Best bet is to ignore all these calls until a Chase Supervisor calls and leaves a settlement offer on your answering machine... then I would start making contact again... They are total jerks until that happens...

Constantly, I mean constantly getting calls on my cell phone from the people several times a day, every day of the week. How do I get rid of them?

Same here...Call from 210-586-1027.  They call about 10 times a day...even on Saturday and Sunday. This is really annoying...considering I am filing chapter 7 and have already given them my lawyers info a month ago.....LEAVE ME THE F*CK ALONE!!!

This is so ridiculous I am so pist that I am being harrased by these people.. I need some way to report this.

This is by far not right.   I am mad and want something to happen  QUICK or I might just have to find out where these people are......

this number 210-586-1027 calls every day and wakes me up around 8 am. I work nights and usually am just falling to sleep at that time and need to know who's bottom I need to go and KICK.  Never a message and it is from a predictive dialer.

They called my cell phone and my son's cell phone.  He has absolutely no affiliation with Chase Bank.  I don't even know how they got the cell phone numbers.  Really awkward, etc. having you son call you with a message meant for his older brother.

This number used to call our fax machine 5 times per day. I just called them, told them that their information was incorrect, and they stopped.

My suggestion: Try calling them.

Received 6 calls from this number in the last hour alone.  I'm also receiving numerous call with an 847prefix.

Repeated calls from 210 586-1027 asking for an unpronounceable name. should I answer.

i got android phone with "send straight to voice mail" feature!!

Got a call from this number at 5:43am on my cell.

Calls me at work and I refuse to answer as it is a phone number unfamiliar to me.

Reported this to the FTC. Same story as above. I finally called them and would not give ss but did give acct trying to get to the bottom of all the calls. Yes, fraud. Tried to call them again but couldn't get through, was in the middle of a big wait when thought I might be getting charged for the call which should have been free for us. The FTC thought I should call them to end the phone calls.

Constant calls, days, nights, weekends and holidays. They never leave messages and when I do answer there is no one on the other end.

this number calls at least 7 times a day!  when we answer there is no one there - it's an auto dialer.  they keep calling my mothers number and she has never had an account with them!  i've reported them to the FTC

Yes, I keep getting calls from this number 1-210-586-1027 but they leave no message. I don't answer calls from people I don't know so if they don't leave a specific message as to what it is for they are not getting through to me. I don't understand what the point is of repeatedly calling and not communicating with a message or a letter???

I am also getting calls from 847 numbers, 626 714, 757, 469, 973, 954 and 423. Is it all them?!!

Constant call from this number on my wifes cell phone.
Called them back and they wanted our account # and Social.
Told them we have no account with them and they seem oblivious to what we were saying. "kept asking for account # or Social security #"

first person all sympathy for financial situation...I made a reasonable offer to commence regular payments...he put on his "supervisor" who was nasty...threatening and screaming at me...I told him I owed money...was not a criminal and didn'yt appreciate being treated like one....he cut off call....# is 1-847-7841
