Glad I researched this number and came across this page.  Got a message saying my card had been deactivated.  Called my bank, and they said it's actually quite common that crooks will try and scam information from you regarding your account to try and steal your idenity by sending out random text messages in hopes that you'll call them back and spill the beans about your account..  Be advised, most banks will call you directly- not send out a random text message with a statement like this. This number is a total fraud.

Same message as others here stating that it was "CREDIT UNION CENTER ALERT: Your CARD has been DEACTIVATED. Please call (210) 620-4683"

Since I'm not a credit union member . . .seemed odd!  Glad I didn't call :)  Too many scams out there!

I got the same text last night and when I called from my work phone it said to activate your card. People don't do this, its just a scam!!

A random text appeared claiming to be a credit union center notifying me of a card deactivation. I called the number and it asked for my card number, expiration, and pin. Once the system asked for my pin the red flags rose in my head and I hung up. Checked my account online and there were no fraudulent transactions. And to finally verify if it was still active I got some In and Out.. Almost got me lol. Smh
