I received a call from Taylor Anderson at 210-7874956 from some fraud company investigating me. He didn't even know my name. They keep calling from different numbers. First it was Aubrey O'Day at 970-300-1793

Got the same call.  I've been scammed so many times I have lost count.  Always ask the person who is telling you that he/sheis calling on a debit you owe to "provide you with a "debt violation letter"; ask to email it or fax it to you (or US mail ).  If they are legtimate and want to follow the law - they must provide you with this letter.  It will tell you who they are collecting a debt for, amout of debt, and the caller's contact information.  If they won't provide it to you, ask for a supervisor.  If the supervisor says -- no -- HANG UP.

Received a voicemail today from Bob Taylor of the Fraud Unit saying I was being charged with fraud and either I or my attorney must call him back today. I called the number, they said I was being charged for fraud by MyCashNow. Really scary because they had my bank account no and said I took out a loan from them back in Oct 2011. This was a bank account from when I was living in VA, but I moved to MD in Sept that year and closed that acct in Dec 2011. They said that the loan was for "around $300" and that the balance is now $725.  Said that if I didn't pay it today or have my attorney contact them by tomorrow morning they were going to close the file and have a warrent for my arrest filed with the county I used to live in. Called the bank they supposedly made the deposit in and they had no record of a deposit being made. They said in must receive something in writing before they could proceed with getting the warrent. Unfortunately, the address they said they had made mailings to were my old address so I wouldn't have received it. Still have a house at that address, a neighbor checked my mailbox and there wasn't anything in it and the post office has not forwarded me anything from these people. I was getting worried until I found this site and found that all of you were called by this man demanding the same thing. Now know there are phishing. Will not contact them again.

Received a call from 210-625-7279 a Bob Taylor with the Fraud Department. Claiming he needs to speak with me or my attorney ASAP. He said there is a fraud claim against me. He did not give a name of whom he wanted to speak to and did not leave a reference number. They was no caller ID. But i looked up the number and its from Texas. I have been receiving 1 -2 calls a day from this number. The guy was very demanding and rude.

Just received a message from Bob Taylor from Fraud department. he said I need to talk to you or your attorney ASAP. I have a fraud case against me. Did not leave the name of the company or a reference number. He was very demanding and rude. No caller ID

Today (1-24) someone called me from this number and left a message on my work phone stating that I had been accused of a fraudalent act.  He advised me to return his phone call or have my attorney to call him.  He never mentioned name or his company.

In 2012, I applied for some payday loans.  I thought I was applying for one company; however, I found out my application was sent out to multiple companies.  Since this happen, I have been receiving phone calls from several places threatening me.

I got the same call today too. Bob Taylor from fraud department my a**! Scam Scam Scam!

Came in to work and checked my messages and there was a message from a Bob Taylor stating either I or my attorney of record needed to call 210-625-7279 about a fraud case against me.  He left no name of whom he was calling for, no information about the fraud. Scared me to death. Tried calling the number back, it just rang. I am sick of these scams!!!!!!!

Received a call to my cell from a Bob Taylor demanding that I or my attorney of record call him immediatly today at the fraud dept. 210-625-7279. Scared me but after seeing these posts I am NOT calling him back!

Got a phone call bout fraud I said who the blank is this never told me who cuss me out and said that they hope I got to muthafreakn jail I told dem to F off lol

Called an told me he was Taylor Anderson didn't even say name of company calling from told me us bank had 3 cases against me from September 2013 and used an email I haven't used in years. Odd.

Called and said a case was filed against me and wanted me to talk to investigator

A man named Taylor claimed he was w a fraud unit and a claim had been made against me. My attorney has re-recorded the message that's been left four times. Sounded like an unemployed Ranger.

same as all others that have complained.  When I asked them for a case no. they got very upset to almost hostile. They didnt say who they where calling from, what the purpose was except a fraud cause.  SCAM

Received a call from "Carl Anderson" yea right!  Said owed for some Cash payment.  Total scam.  These people need to get a life. If I can track them down they will be hearing from my attorney.

This number called my cell yesterday saying his name was Bob from the Fraud Unit and either I or my attorney should call him regarding the case, no other information was given.

Got a call from 'Bob' who was quite demanding. Telling me I have a fraud case and to call his 'unit' back. Hah! I'm not calling that unit back. Scam, scam, scam.

I got the same call just now and left a message. Guy stating his name was BOB TAYLOR. Also stating i or my attorney needed to contact him about a fraud accusation.

Called said I have 5 case of fraud on me and I am going to jail. What a scam!

Same as the others. No name calling, no info as to calling from where, just wanting to speak with me or my attorney. Very Scammy!!!

One day after the last report posted. Called ID says "STONE AND ASSOC". It is a cell phone in Texas.

Total scam.

Called and left message. Jonathan Thompson calling about fraud. Didn't say who they were calling for or what company. Claimed I or my attorney had to call back. Since they didn't identify who they were trying to reach, or what company he was calling for, or even a case number to reference when calling back, I'm thinking this is a scam call and won't be answering this number.

Called and left a message saying either I or my attorney needed to contact him about a fraud in his office. Didn't say who it was for or who they were calling for. Blocked the call. Federal law requires written notice of any and all debts so must be a scam.
