I got the same call, the first time I really paniced and did not know what to do so I called my local law enforcement office and asked them. They said if I had a warrent that they would aresst me not just call me. The 2nd time they called, I let it go to voice mail and it was the same information agian. When I called back I got some woman who wanted my phone number, when I told her I did not give it out she hung up on me. The 3rd time I answered and listened to it and when it said to press one I just sat on hold to see what it would do. It hung up. Hope no one falls for this like I almost did. I was so worried when they said that they would come to my job, Please lets get the word out to your police depts and put a stop to this.

Received a phone call from this number as well, won't say what company but says they have a case against me. Have never called back, just blocked the number as it is a scam. If you even try to google the number, no official company name comes up to contact. DO NOT CALL BACK!

They must have very busy, because I got two calls from them. I will be calling the local police to report them. I'm sure they can't stop them, but maybe they can warn others.

They've been calling for a few days so I finally called them back...got some bs about internet payday loans...he said they will report that im disputing the case but that wont stop them from having me arrested lmfao!!! nice try!

Received second call in two days from unknown number - thought at first it might be a political call, as message left was "Richard Price, govern yourself accordingly" - but now looks like it's a similar type of call as other reports here of some kind of scam. Not threatening in wording and I've never done business with this number or entity, so not worth attempting to request them to remove me from their call list - that just confirms a valid number. Not worth getting stirred up, folks. If a stranger leaves messages acting like an attorney, don't bother to pursue. If there is any real issue out there, you'd be getting served papers, not receive crank calls. I will "govern myself accordingly," and it's called "ignore the scammer." I'll code this number as a spammer on my phone.

These people are big time scammers. Beware every one. They tried to get my fiance today but we were smarter than them. They claimed they got a warrant for his arrest which was false.

I got a call from this company and they did not say what company they were with. As i kept asking him questions and he got upset and kept defending himself. he said that he was trying to help me, but i could not tell with how upseth got. He hung up on me when i didnt give in to that mess. Certainly a scam. I mean who talks crazy and loud with you if they're trying to help and then never tells the name of their company. How do they sleep at night...like seriously.

I also received a threatening message from this number.  No one answers when you call back.

Received a call just now from this number stated that they were doing a "pre trial intervention" not sure what it is for and I am not calling them back. It looks like its a BIG SCAM. Don't fall for it anyone they are just trying to scare people to see how far they can go with it. I won't be wasting my time with this....

Total Scam....Even the lady that answered claimed it was "Pre-Trial" Its a TOTAL scam and I blocked them from calling me.

Yes, I have been getting strange voicemails and they don't identify their company name.  They left me a voicemail on my home number last week about a "pre trial intervention".  What nonsense.  They obviously weren't from my neck of the woods because he had quite a twang in his accent.   This payday loan debt collection scam is getting old.  Real old

Had a call from this number this morning about a case case against me and I better have my attorney call OR He'd take the next step and file this case in court. I tried calling the number back when I had a free moment and received an automated voicemail. No one has tried to call me back so I figured I would look into the call a little further since they didn't leave a company name on the voice mail and no one answered when I tried to call back. Glad I did.

Been getting messages on my cell from this number, and similar numbers (one digit off) for about 2 months. They tell me they have a case against me and I better have my attorney call etc etc.....I knew it was a scam but called back to see what they said, and they claimed I have an outstanding cash advance loan that's overdue ( I have never taken a cash advance loan in my life)....They threatened to sue me, lock me up in jail unless I paid...I laughed at him and he started yelling more...I really hope no one falls for this and that someone stops these scammers!

I just received a call from some guy claiming he has a case in my name. He requested that either myself or my representative contact his firm OR "He'd take the next step and file this case in court"   You can step your fake a** out onto I-10 ...BIAATCH!
