this number keeps calling and asking for someone named Rudy Miranda.  I have had my number for OVER a year and there is no one named Rudy Miranda at this number.  Given that this numbers calls and harasses others in similar fashion, they must either have bad information or it's a bad dialing system.  Isn't there anything that can be done to stop them?

This is Pinnacle Financial trying to offer you a settlement on a Cortrust bank credit card.  They are very rude.  They will call from about seven or eight different numbers that I have recorded so far.  They are persisitent, but clueless.

This caller just call my name like they know me and are very rude.

Message left goes something like this: This message is for..., if you are not ... please hang up. If you are listening to this message then you are agreeing that you are ..." and so on stating they are attempting to collect a debt. Is this LEGAL?

I missed a call from this number, so I called back.  A lady answers the phone and asks for a previous owner of this phone number who I've never met.  I explained that to her and asked what company she worked for.  She was rude and said, "What does it matter?  You're not the person I'm looking for anyway, so what does it matter?"  I laughed and said, "You're a nice person!"  And she said, "No, not really."  Okay.  So that company has rude people working for them.

I have had phone calls from this # too, they are looking for a Billy or Betty Smith.  Just because I'm the first Smith in the book they automatically think I'm that person and yes they are very rude & they keep calling me.

This is the number for Pinnacle, a debt collector in Texas.  They keep calling me even though I've told them that I'm not the person they are looking for.  That did no good!  They still keep calling me.  I've had enough!  So, they keep calling me....why not call them back, over and over and over.....until they get the idea that I'm tired of them calling me.  My suggestion to you is....keep calling and calling and calling them back.  Maybe these scum suckers will get tired of your calls and finially understand that they have the wrong number/person. Better yet, on December 15th at 3pm Texas time, everyone who keeps getting these calls from Pinnacle should start calling them.  Flood those scum suckers with the same rude calls that they make to honest people like you and me.

this is pinnacle a debt collector the have so many numbers and area codes it crazy. I let answering machine pick-up and they never leave a message but if you answer the call will drop and then they will have a agent call back in a few minutes from another number to strong hold you and harass you.

This number keeps "double calling" and will not stop. I know it's a debt collecter, but I'm sure there is a limit till it becomes harrassment.

Probably a debt collector.  When I called back they claimed my # isn't in their database...not sure how their auto dialer dialed it if it isn't in the database.  I'm not concerned as I don't have any past due debts, just annoyed by the phone call and the very poor attitude of the person I spoke to, Wade.
