Called at 12:30 PM ET 5/20/14. Caller ID said San Antonio, TX. I didn't answer, and they left no voicemail. Now that I know it's a cold-calling scam trolling for personal data to exploit I hope they call back so I can mess with them. "Oh know! I have a virus on my system running windows?! Quick here's my SS# and some credit card numbers. Wait, I run a Mac." Idiots!

Received a call at 2:30 pm today..I get these calls on an average of two a day. This moron started his spiel...told him I wasn't interested and do not call again..about 2 minutes later the phone rang again same number... I answered ....started the same spiel and I told him to F.... himself....he was talking to someone in the background and then came on the phone and I let him have it with three sharp blasts on the phone from my police whistle. I am so tired of this crap I could barf....this is harassment, which I thought was against the law.....

Reported SCAM telephone number claiming to be "Windows PC Services," a genuine company. I asked if they had anything else to contribute to my report. They hung up.

I had a problem with my computer and was working with my renewed anti-virus provider so when they called I thought it was them as the name was the same as a person I had talked to previously. Then I was transferred to someone else and think I gave up too much information. I refused their offer to solve problem they said I had and he even offered to do it now and I pay end of week. That's when I knew I was scammed!!!!

I always answer these calls just to see what it's all about and usually just end up cursing the people off. This guy with an Indian accent was in the phone asking me to get in front of my desktop computer because of activity through my windows operation. I knew right then and there it was a load of BS and told they guy, "Hey listen a**hole I know you're running some kind of f****** scam here because I have a mac that has nothing to do with Microsoft so go f*** yourself". He then told me to go eat my f****** apple and pretty much just repeated the same curses back to me. He then told me, "hey a**hole I know your address. I know where you live." He proceeded to threaten me and my family and then asked for my name and number. I told him, "hey jacka** you called me so you should already have all of my info like you claimed before." He was lost and just repeating curses back to me and told me to hang up so I told him to hang his phone up. He ended up hanging up his phone. Once I let him know I was aware of the scam he was running, I let him know how pitiful it was to take advantage of innocent people like this. Don't let these people get you. Fight them in every way and let them know you know it's a scam.

I got a call from this number, asked for my mother - dead for 14+ years; wanted me to hit the Windows and the R key. Said they were getting error messages and they were the ONLY ONES who could see/fix the problem. I told him to call me back after I get off work.
Name: Gary Williams: Thick Indian accent. Call back #: 210-807-4078.

he called at 12:31 PM. I said hello. then I said hello. and he said "grunt" sounded like a pig grunting. and then he hung up. as I read the above posts, yes I have been also getting other calls about a so called computer virus but from UNK. and we keep telling them not to call us. how stupid to continue to call a place that already knows that he is a scam.

They called a few minutes ago. Claimed to be from Microsoft and that windows on my computer was sending them error reports and said that they could fix the problem which I know was a load of BS. Scam wanting personal information
| F Lee Hunter 2014-04-16 19:59:20 Unknown |
Unwanted call
They should be required to send you something in the postal mail asking if you want to call them?

Caller with HEAVY Indian Accent stated he was from Janex? and they had detected illegal downloads by my computer - told them I have no computer and to never call back again, seems to be a follow up call from the same guy a few weeks back telling me I had a problem and he was Microsoft Security, obviously some kind of scam
