Person calls my business constantly, but when I answer there is no one on the other end.

I got a call from this number. The call went to my voice mail but they left no message.

call received. A lady who sounded like she was whispering asked to speak to who-ever was in charge of marketing. I got the ok from my boss to handle it.

When I came back and told her that I was given authority to deal with the issue and was promptly told that she would call back later and then she hung up on me.

When I tried to call the number I was given a message that the number had been disconnected.
