calls and hangs up

Received call from someone leaving a message for me to return call as if I was their friend.

I have received a call from this number asking me to verify that my last four digits of my ssn are "XXXX" (which was correct). I asked the lady on the phone who she was and she said "TAM in San Antonio". I instructed her not to call my phone anymore and that if she had information for me, she needed to send it to me. When she asked for my address, I refused to give it to her. I figured if they had my last four of social, they knew my address. She argued with me and when I tried to explain that they quite possibly had my address, she talked over me and wouldn't let me talk. I finally told her to not contact me by phone and to send me information to the address they have on file, then hung up. (she continued to talk over me the entire time I was saying this).
When I tried to call back and ask for a supervisor or manager, they wouldn't transfer me unless I gave them name or account number. Then proceed to disconnect the call...both times. The third time I called, someone picked up the phone and it sounded like there was a baby in the background. They quickly hung the phone up.
