This number has been calling me and no answer or voicemail, I call it back incessantly n it keeps saying the number is not accepting calls at this time! Freaking me out, I'm def on the look out, so many stalker weirdos!

I believe these people are using two #s (210-865-6696 & 210-853-2631). Never answered calls from the 1st #; but after several calls (he would not leave a msg prior); I answered & he asked for me by name, he stated that I had filled out an item of interest at a home/garden show, told him NO & I hung up.  He was hard to understand!!!!  Very creepy!!!!

This number is from a person who is from I can guess from India because of the tone of voice. He wanted to have access to my computer.  He stated he was working from Micro soft Windows and there was a problem with my software and someone had hacked my computer.  He also stated they had installed my software. But when I started to ask him questions he just hung up on me.

My phone rings incessantly too. I haven't answered any of the calls as well. The person never leaves a message. I did a check on the phone number and got the message that there was no phone number listed as such so maybe it is a prepaid card or something. I had the call blocked.

Constant calls multiple times a day. Either hangs up when I answer and never leaves a message. How do you get this to stop?!?!?

I have started getting calls from this number several times a day. I don't answer, after reading everyone's comments here, and they never leave a message.

I've gotten calls from this number almost every day... The guy almost sounds Arabic (to me anyways). Every time he calls, the call is always different. The past couple times, it's been something about me receiving some federal grant. The creepy thing is, he asks to speak to me by name...

I keep getting calls several times a week and sometimes on. Daily basis from this number And when I answer it, they hang up.  When I do not answer, there is no message left.

Wonder if it has something to do with prepaid phones?  My boyfriend called & this # showed up on my screen instead of his #.  We were stumped by why it came up instead of his.  Unless the idiot with this # called at same time?  Very odd.

just found the mistery of this number...we have relatives from mexico that call our number and i didnt know it was them and refused to answered and yesteday i answered and it showed 210-865-6696  they are using prepaid phones and some how are connected to lines here in san antonio have no clue how is done

I keep getting calls, 7 days a week, from early Sunday mornings all the way until 9pm at night.  They never leave a message. This has gone on for weeks and weeks. I always ignore it but it does make you wonder if you ended up on some weird list or something since there are SO many calls, over and over, and over again.

THIS PERSON KEEPS CALLING OVER AND OVER DOES NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE THEN YOU CALL BACK AND SAYS THIS PERSON NOT ACCEPTING CALLS AT THIS TIME  VERY F****NG ANNOYING GET A LIFE

Keep receiving calls

Been getting calls from this number when I answer no response...then I get texts with dots and symbols no words..weird. Been going on for weeks now. They called my boyfriend too multiple times no answer

just received a call from this number.  A woman stated she was trying to schedule a delivery of legal documents for a "Missy Guerrero".  She wanted to speak to Missy.  When I told her she had the wrong number, she insisted that I at least pass the message along to Missy. The woman never identified herself................weird.

This person calls me non stop and never leaves a message!! It drives me insane!!

This is a taco truck on Bandera Rd in San Antonio. Calls and hangs up or says its unlisted. I drive a taxi and picked this guy up. Pure psycho. Tacos suck too. Basically he's an illiterate Mexican. Create a new contact and name it Nuisance, then add his number to it.

Go call from this number - sounded like a stoner.  Asked me if I was a male or female.  (Stupid)  Asked my zip code.  When I asked him what was the name of this survey, he stumbled and said his "card was full" and what time would be a good time for him to call me back.  Weird call

Multiple calls 7-days a week from 210.865.6696. When answered, the caller immediately places me on hold and after several minutes the call disconnects. When the call is sent to voicemail, the caller is too cowardly to leave a message or reference the reason for the call or leave a name and extension to return the call. If it's an important matter, they are not eager to let me know who they are and the reason for their call.

I keep getting multiple calls on my business line.  They leave no message.  When I call it back it says its not a working number.
