. They're calling about giving you educational info. Just call the number back, it'll take a while for them to answer but when someone gets on tell them you haven't requested any information and you are not looking for any. They'll remove your name and number. They aren't bill collectors so don't be afraid of them.

I believe this number is a "Training" service.  I have learned never to give my cell to anyone other than personal friends, doctors etc.  I signed up for a "free" job search engine and behold two days later these people are calling me four times a day.  So called free job services make their money giving your personal information to training venders.

I recommend getting Google voice, a free service which gives you a virtual number which will ring your cell if you wish it to.  This way you can screen your calls and block any numbers you find annoying and it never touches your real cell number.  Now if I am checking out free software or other free services I can give them my Google voice number and do not have to worry about spam calls.  Anyway, this works for me.  Good luck.  In the words of Gandalf about personal cell phone numbers: "Keep it secret, keep it safe!"

I have been getting calls from this number for weeks...I never answer unknown numbers...today I decided to just block it.

I received 3 calls within an hour from this number and no one is ever on the other end.

I get 4 calls a day from this number. When I answer the phone there is no sound and it hangs up shortly after I answer. It doesn't leave a message or recording. It is getting annoying.

Again multiple calls in a short amount of time. I answered the 5th call and some female not from the USA that barely spoke English said she's calling about college stuff! We are 50 and 40 and have no plans to go to college and I very rudely told them not to call back. 10 minutes later another call. UUUGGGGGG! My number is unlisted just for this reason!!!!!!!!

I called them and blasted the explicit version of "F*** you!" into the phone speakers. :D

I got 4 calls from this number and when I was actually here to take the call, a man asked for the woman who had this number before me. I get debt collectors calling for her almost every day. #annoying!

We've been receiving calls from this number for the past few days.  There is no reply when it is answered, however.  It's starting to get annoying so I googled it and here I am.  I just find it interesting that there is no response when the call is answered.  No messages either.  Sigh

got a call from this number on my sprint cell around 6pm...they left no message. they have called b4. I dont answer numbers i dont know and after reading this site i'm glad i didnt...because it sounds like a robot call phishing scam. 210-892-2147 is located at Central Office: SANANTONIO, TX - TEX-LINK COMMUNICATIONS, INC. - TX but keep looking online for more detail as to who this is and where they are Scamming at or from.

This number has called my house 4x in a row! They will not leave a message on the answering machine! Refuse to answer this call! Getting annoying!

They call me every day. In fact its been four timesaving today already. I also don't answer calls from numbers I don't know and they never leave messages either

I have gotten 5 calls since 10:30 this morning.  I don't recognize the number therefore I haven't answered it.  It is very annoying.

Harrassing calls from this one who has a Middle Eastern accent.  He won't even tell me who I owe..he has used abusive language with me and my boyfriend, as well.
