Recieved a few calls from 724-972-0962, first person was a Paul Smith and second person was the manager Mike Wilson regarding on a loan that I had defaulted with. I had called the original owner of the loan and it was sold out to a different company and that company still have it in their office. These two people are FRAUD! They are claiming to be attroneys calling from Texas, but the number came up in Greensburg, PA. They are making harrassement remarks and also threats of being taken away to jail and embarrassing me at work and making sure I lose my job for good. DO NOT give in because as a Debtor we have rights that Creditors have to honor and cannot do such horrible things like that. I told them to stop calling me at work but they still calls me at work and they won't pick up any of my calls when I try to call them back. They are BAD PEOPLE only!

I received this call a few months ago about me owing money to a payday loan place, I have taken some out but not with this company. The name they gave me was James White, once I gave them money I tried calling them back about getting the receipt of payment I was told the number got disconnected and this was about an hour after I made the payment.

these guys said that we can a loan and they took $20 from me. How petty. But they don't know who they was messing with. And God is going to handle it now!!!! So anyone else don't worry about it because this guys are done for the rest of there lives!!!! Have a blessed day everyone and know that God loves you.

I got another one of these calls today.  It's bogus BS.  Telling me a took a prepaid card.  How do we get these freaks to stop!

Number 210-893-2302 calling from Law Investigation Department/State Investigation Department is a FRAUD!!! Don't be scared they are just out to get money and threaten you. If you get a call from them, record your phon conversation (if you can), take their name down, time and date of the call, name of the person you spoke to, what your conversation was about and forward the message to the FBI or your local police.

It's funny of most of everyone posted that the company name for this number 210-893-2302 is State Investigation Department when the guy told me he's calling me from Law Investigation Department. He has a very heavy India accent but has an American name David Meyers, funny! IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM! Don't be scared if anyone is or had gotten this kind of call threatening to ruin your life. If you can record your conversation then do so; otherwise take down the person's name, address, date of the call, what it's regarding to and jot down how the conversation went like and report it to the FBI or your local police.

I got one today ... scared the living day's out me!!! I called the FBI in San Anotnio TX they said the number is boggs and ... when I talked to the guy @ that number ... he didn't say this is the State Invistigation & his name ...

After they called my gals phone I called them and told the man that he will cease from calling not just her but also you folks that name appear herein. He was crapping himself when I told him that I was from D.C.. Wanted to know if I was from the presidents office and what my number is, lol. I reiterated that he will be very, very old when he is deported after a long stay in our prison system and that his company would also pay a 250,000 fine for each infraction (call) if he did not stop. Anyhow, he continued asking my whereabouts and number. Finely, I told him that he did not need that information and that this call never happened. I also told him "We know where you are calling from". He called back four times and left no voicemail and then quit.

This is sad, I got a call about this as well. Has anyone called the police about this ? I wonder.
Makes me sad because I am an Indian, I can't believe anyone let alone anyone from my country can do this to anyone.

I received a phone call today saying I had a delinquent pay day loan.   That I made a payment last $100, but still owed $300.   They were going to take legal action at my ocurthouse if I did not take care of the matter today.   I do not have a payday loan with anyone.......

These people should be found and legal action taken.  Go back where you came from and scam there.
