Received a Call. Now i keep calling them back haha Scammers. Notifeid FTC and IC3 Fbi and made a complaint.

Its a scam and he lkeeps changing his number. And calling and using different names and different comapnies. Once threated to have the sherrif come arrest me the next day... haha... that never happened. I've never defaulted on any kind of payday advance. I wish I could find out how to stop this idiot. He acts like he's handing his call off to someone else... but it's still him.

I'm making fun of them, I called him saying I was with the San antonio police dept since the numbers from sa, tx and he was like the police?? and hung up sounded all scared.

Same b***s***...he called my fiancee about an hour ago. Claims that my fiancee owes him or "Cash Net USA" 200 Dollars, exactly...quite a bit odd that paying back a loan would come out to an exact $200.00. Anyways, the indian prick got my fiancee a bit scared...I knew right away it was a scam, Indian guy named MARK with heavy accent saying if she didn't pay that she would have to prove it in court. When my fiancee asked what court he simply hung up. Another call back, when asked to speak to another person, he simply replied "Everyone else is on vacation but I can take care of you"...haha. A whole company on vacation besides him. This guy need to be put in jail if he has successfully taken money from people.

I found out the company's real name is "Law investigation department" and a friend of mine that works at AT&T told me the cell phone number comes back registered to a  "Ashian Mohammed Sundju"?

Ok. So this guy kepos calling me he barely speaks English so I have such a hard time understanding what he wants but what I could get from him is that he is calling re " Payday loan" when I have never applied for any loan. So he said that I have a lawsuit against me (I work at law office as paralegal and I know how this work I never received any letter from any court or atorneys) so I just know this is scam. So I just told him if he ever calls me again he would have a lawsuit going on him from me as a petitioner. Because this is really annoying I have no time for any scam in my life.

I just received a call and they claim I owe  United payday Loan, I told them I have my receipt, which is a lie because I don't owe them.  So someone else called and asked me to email them a copy of the receipt (email ilad@usa.com) to see who signed the receipt.  He is still waiting for me to email him, Mark Johnson, claming he is he American Legal Service.  I will not answer his return calls and he will not hear me.

Just got a call!  Threatened me with a lawsuit! Payday loan which I have never taken out.  He told me good luck with my life what little I had left!

They just called looking for my husband. Said he was at work and not home. The idiot demanded I give him my husbands work number, so I gave them the number, TO THE LOCAL FBI OFFICE

They just called me about some payday loan he told me i was getting sued i did not no what he was talking about smh i was a little scared but i always look this type of stuff up.

This guy had Some information about me but it was the wrong state.... He said it was for a payday loan. The funny thing is i have never been to a payday loan company. He said said his name was MICHAEL BROWN.

caller had Indian accent but american name and said he was from firm trying to collect on an internet loan he said I took but I know I didnt. He said prove it in court and when I asked which court I needed to go to he just said good luck and hung up on me. they got me with this one a couple of times before but I refuse to let it happen again.

I got a message from 1-210-893-2328 I call them they said I had a cash loan from cash net USA and they sent my Account to them for collections. That I could settle the Account of 300.00 Dollars or be taken to court and have to pay 7,000.00 Dollars! I started crying then prayed. then I got on line and looked up cash net USA and found there phone # and called them. Cash net USA said that It was a fraud and asked me if I wanted to make a complaint. I said yes! The name of the fraud company was Law Investigation Department. the area code is Texas

Yes I received a call about a hour ago from the same number (210) 893-2328 said that I received money from Cash Advance. I asked him for the information and he stumped through it then finally said I took the loan out 11/2011 and for $250.00, I ask for Cash Advance phone number he could not give it to me.

Did he tell you he was a policeman when you answer the phone cause that is what I thought I heard.

The man gave the phone to someone else that claims he could not give me the information and that he was going to call my job and speak with them then hung up.

I called the number back and ask for the company name the person ask me who was I my reply was you just called my phone and all I need is your company name he also hung up.

This is a fraud they are trying to get old debts and get money out of people.

it is a scam they took $800 out of my bank account in June and my bank is very slowly putting the money back had to go to Police and do a report  with all the information They will rob you blind

You idiot, you must work for them. I never had a pay day loan. I asked for all sorts of information to verify the company and got nothing. You can provide them will all the information you want. When you have identity theft you will feel like the fool you sound like GOOD LUCK ...

THESE IDIOTS !!  I was getting harassed by these ppl on my home line and when finally got them to stop calling they find my cell number :( good thing i checked here before i answered that call.

Yes, I just got one today and told the guy I wanted his number so my attorney could call him back.  He had wanted to verify my social security number and that's when I said I wouldn't but my attorney could talk to him.  It's a scam and a very annoying scam.  He hung up on me when I wanted his number.

Got a phone call from this number from and indian who had a white mans name and he claimed i took out a payday loan from Cash Advance, and wanted to know whether i wanted to settle this issue out of court or not. I think its a scam?? Has anyone got a call from these guys????
