I have gotten this call several times. I am going to report it to the FCC.  It is a crime to begin a phone call with a recorded voice and the people doing it can be made to pay you $500.00 for every call.

Like don juan above, I got a call from this number that I didn't recognize, but area code 210 is only a few minutes from here, so I answered it. I said, "hello" and a lady's voice said, "hello." I waited a few seconds for her to say more, then hung up. I couldn't tell if it was a live person or a recording, but I got a bad feeling about it. I'm assuming it was an advertisement.

got a call from this number while I was at work today (June 6, 2014) at about 5:15 central time. I didn't recognize the number so I let it go to voice. I check the message and it was a lady's voice that just said "hello?"  thought for a second it might have been important but according to others on this site, no good.

did not answer because it was a call to my pre-paid cell phone. I only got a busy signal when I tried to call back on a landline

I am another in the list of getting a call from this number. I see I am not alone in receiving it on my work mobile (unpublished). That's 44 seconds they will not get back.

Call came in.  Said Hello.  No Answer.  Tried to call back and line was busy.  Tried calling back a second time and it is a sales line trying to sale car insurance.  It has an option to be removed from the list.

I hate spammy hangups.

Real human woman, same crap about 2014 auto insurance rising. I cut her off and yelled for calling my prepaid phone. She stumbled and "sorry" as I hung up.

I hate hangups. This was to my UNLISTED mobile, so they have to be robo-calling.

Answered a call from this number.  A lady came on and said the new 2014 laws would significantly impact my Auto Insurance rates.  I tried to tell her that I do not pay auto insurance (due to driving a company-owned vehicle)  She wouldn't listen and said "she was calling to say that the 2014 laws would significantly impact my Auto Insurance rates"

Received a call at my work number after hours twice this week.  No messages left.  Not about to call them back.

Got a call from 210-893-2356, they did not leave a voice-mail and if you call the number back it rings busy (the fast busy that makes you believe its a forwarded not call receiving number from a collection agency).
