Its a prank caller, it called me stating that the caller was a employee from the U.S. Embassy. However from the laughing going on in the background you could clearly tell what it really was.

It keeps calling my phone today too...but it always hangs up when I get to it. I'm unable to call the number back as it just gives me the busy signal.

I received two calls from this number today. I finally answered after seeing that others had gotten calls as well. It was something like RX pharmacy, wanting to offer me 20% off my current prescriptions. I simply advised the person that no one in my household was currently on medication and she thanked me for my time. No pressure...no worries. Hopefully this will remove me from their calling list.
