OK, so this number came up on caller ID, and I live in the San Antonio area where this number "originates" from, however this is a collection call.  Tells me he is Officer So and So and that he is going to serve me tomorrow for an outstanding debt.  He said he was in my county and then completely butchered the name, if you live here, you KNOW how to say it.  He actually asked if I would be home tomorrow lol.  I told him to go ahead and come on over, I would be waiting with milk and cookies.  He then said if I called 866-243-0850 I could take care of this.  This number is linked to several scams on old/fake debts.  I then asked him to read me what the papers he had were.  He stated he didnt have them yet, but would to serve me.  Whatever dude, there is no such thing as prison for debts....otherwise half of America would be in jail!!  Its a scam, crap, BS, whatever term you prefer, but dont fall for it.
