rec call tried to call back, but the number wouldn't dial - I get really really tired of this kind of call

sometimes the phone will right and when i do pick it up and say hello nothing for a min than the phone disconnects.... getting really tired of it.

called on 9/11/09 at 12:18.  When answering machine came on, no message was left. No defined caller ID.
