stay away from this company. I recently was scammed from a particular agency. It is actually a photography studio.

RESCHEDULE, RESEARCH, and DECIDE whether you still want to go through with it

I received an call from M entertainment/Model talent network for an audition, but it turned out they were after my money with the headshot scam.
Don't do what I did. Google the number/business name first and check BBB.org (better business bureau)

I was scammed from the company who operate under many aliases below........

I too applied for an extra and got a call from them who said were M casting. I have an interview today at 4pm, but I am glad I checked online before and see it's a scam. I thought so once they asked for an interview. Why would they need an interview to be an extra on tv?! So I guess I am not even going to bother showing up for.

I too saw this ad on Craigslist and had a missed call from them.  When I called back, I couldn't understand what the man said so I asked, "Who is this?"...suddenly the guy on the other end got silent even though he was still on the line.  I really was just asking but I think he got paranoid about his scam business being caught.  So glad I checked online just out of curiosity!  Everybody needs to help get this dude shut down...before anyone else hands over their hard-earned money to him!

i just got call today from the same number, but instead they said it was "M casting" and the guy that was terrible at speaking on the phone's name was "Chad". I guess they thought if they changed a couple of letters, it wouldn't be as easy to track them down. I did not make an appointment, though. too weird.

I got ripped off by this son of a b***h named brad few months ago. I lost $108 and tried to get it back but there was nothing I can do anymore so I decided to forget about it. But I recently saw him on Fox 5 so I got on this page again. I can't believe he's still running the scam business! We all should take action to get Brad Poster in jail! And not just him, the accomplice are as guilty as he is! I believe there are 2 female receptionists and one photographer. The photographer's name is Alex Filipovic and his email address is mtn1010@gmail.com. I know this because I got an email from him to pick up the photos a week later I went to the office. I knew they're scammers by then so I ignored it and never went back. Anyways spread the words!

The number I received a call from 212-268-8013 and it was for W casting. They wanted me to come in to be an "extra" for all of new television shows that are out. Stupid me! I went in and was cramped into a room with about 8 other people. I filled out a form and we were called into a room in which Brad West explained how he's helped other actors make over $50,000. He was basically selling himself. He spoke really quickly and didn't ask if we had any questions. No mention about the actual job and process of getting an acting job. Then he called us individually in which he asked for $99 for registration. He insisted on a debit card, but I told him I will only give a credit card. He charged it and had me sign for the charge. He turned to the back of the original form that I filled out and asked me to sign my name. I asked what it was for, and he said for registration. I basically signed a blank piece of paper. VERY STUPID MOVE! He comes off as very confident and speaks very quickly. That's what scammers usually do! Anyway, he just gave me a paper in which he scribbled the name of the website that I should sign up on. I wished I asked more questions, but he was very vague and cunningly diverted my questions. He escorted me out through a different door from which I came in so that I wouldn't have contact with the other people who came in for the same scam. I walked out very puzzled and the security guard asked me what happened. I explained to him and he said that everyone usually complains and calls it a scam. NEVER AGAIN! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I'm really glad I found this site!  I too responded to an ad on craig's list looking for extras - it seemed legit.  I just got a missed call from 212-268-9734, no voicemail.  It seemed weird so I decided to look it up and see who it was and came across this site.  I'm really glad I didn't just blindly call them back, and I won't be calling them back!

I was called rom and then called back this telephone #.  It is for the W Company -- a scam casting company advertising 1-2x a week on Craigslist.  The scam complaints are mounting. I got suckered in! This guy is ugly, his office is even uglier, his newspaper reports are oily and tearing.  I paid for a portfolio and headshots--stupid me, just need extra cash.  I'll try to pick up the pictures, receipt says "Photographers, Inc."  Already complained to my creditcard company and await the bill to follow through.

Stupid me, but I'll fill in the scam reports.

I received a call today from "W Casting". Something told me to research this company. I'm so glad that I did not waste my time. When I asked questions about who they were and when the actual campaign would begin they gave me very vague responses. After several questions they informed me that I would probably be meeting with Brad West.

the first time they even asked for my credit card number. I asked what was it for, and the guy would just say "we're not going to make any unauthorized movement"... "so what do you want it for? do i have to pay?"  then he said "there is a refundable fee of (i dont remember the amount) that will be returned in case you dont get the job"

I told him that thanks but no thanks, since it was really stinky, and the guy would keep on telling me that since i had requested for some modeling, acting or extra job I should take this offer.

when i told him i'd hang up he sounded really sad and gave me his name and number in case "I changed my mind"

I think these suckers work for the naive actors's commissions.

Beware of a business card that only has the first name. "Brad" I am a victim of a scam! i saw the ad on craigslist to be an extra in nyc (heard you could make up to $200 a day) Im sure many people are interested in fidning extra work, like me, so watch out kids! i went in for an evaluation... a.k.a... direct donation to brad's pocket. Dont pay them or allow them to take your picture as this is a scam. I can't believe I went along with it... don't be a dumby like me!

I got a call and they asked me to come in and made an appointment, (I had answered the post on craigslist), but obviously wanted to research it before!  They said they were with W casting, and the women was very vague (like everyone else is saying) and wouldn't really answer my questions.  Very sketchy...

I responded to an ad on Craigslist for extras and got a call from this number. Got shuffled into a room with a bunch of other suckers at 224 W. 35th St. and wasted my morning. They asked for $99 for a head shot and a profile on their bogus website...I told Mr. Brad that I was going to go home and look them up first, good thing. He told me to call back 212-244-4330. I hear tell that that's a fake number that they usually give out.

Total scam. Say they work for W casting on 35th st in NYC. but I checked it out and W casting is NOT located there, it's on chrystie st in SOHO. Read more, and they call you in and charge you $20 for headshots and $100 for a portfolio- which they never produce. Those "ghetto" girls that answer the phones are pushy and a DEAD give away. Don't call back.

Like many others, I responded to an ad on Craig's List, and got a call from this number later the same afternoon.  The receptionist gave me an appointment time for the next day, but the name of the company and the address were hard to understand, which I found odd.  After I hung up the phone, I decided to do some research.  Glad I did.  What's worse, when I looked at the ad a second time, I realized that the show they claimed to be casting for has been canceled for quite some time!  It's tough trying to find acting work or non-traditional employment.  Be aware!

unsolicited call, if they are not on my list I don't know who it is so I usually don't answer. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy my ringtone but I am also seeking employment and these kinds of calls really waste my time and undeservedly test my patience.
