I dont answer unwanted calls -- i just lift the receiver and put it down into a pillow or couch cushion;  let them waste their calls

Just got a call from the same number above, exactly same message u mentioned. I think it was in Farsi (Persian).

I tried calling this number back thinking it was a number connected to my job in manhattan, what with the 212 area code. The response was some message in an Asian language followed by the option for English if you pressed 2. When I pressed 2 it told me to give my card number. I imagine this is some sort of card scam so I hung up at that point.
