They have called here 4-5 time in the last 2 weeks.  No one is there when I answer the phone

Called at 4pm with no one answering the on the other end.  Then it hangs up.  Called the number on my cell and it says this is a non-working number at, what sounds like, Collin Stewart, LLC.

They are brokers pedaling gold & silver

It's a pain in the butt.....

It has recently been brought to our attention that certain individuals have been receiving calls from a number displayed on their Caller ID as 212-389-8432.  Please be assured that these calls are not originating from Collins Stewart.

The number 212-389-8432 is not configured on our system for out-going calls, and thus, we believe we have become the victims of a malicious practice known as ?Caller ID Spoofing.?  Caller ID Spoofing is the use of a program to display a different number on a recipient's caller ID than that of the actual caller.  

In other words, any calls you receive from 212-389-8432 are not coming from Collins Stewart but from a third party using this number as part of their Caller ID Spoofing program.

Going forward, if you continue to receive annoyance calls on your landline telephone, you may contact your local provider to find out if they support the *57 call trace code service.

In addition, if your landline provider is Verizon, you may contact their Unlawful Call Center at 1-800-518-5507.

OK here's the scoop. I talked with Collin Stewart LLC and apparently some A** CLOWN was hack in to their phone system and causing havoc on both ends! Collin Stewart are getting this issue resolved ASAP.

Keeps calling my cell phone and no one will come on the line & answer. Meanwhile, since it is a cell, I am paying for these calls (almost daily

These are some jokers from a supposed investment company that call, get your name, hang up then call back in a few weeks or so asking for you by name as if you spoke before. They want you to invest in something and to me sounds like a boiler room operation.

They ask to talk to a certain person in the household then say they are "returning a call" from that person.  Sure would like to know how to block these calls.
