Persistence in the face of adversity is the cornerstone of my entire industry. I don't consider my attitude towards reception to be rude or discourteous. Of course, if you feel differently, feel free to reply with the name of your company and I will remove it from my contact list. Also, you and your employers maintain the right to ask to be placed on my Do-not-call list. Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, I am required by law to abide these instructions. However, executives often have a myriad reasons for not returning phone calls promptly, and my persistence in calling them back is a necessary part of conducting business.

Thanks for the constructive feedback. I'm happy to hear that my services are able to bring you and your employers a little bit of humor from time to time. People often don't laugh enough these days.

Then take a hint... after messages have been left with no returned call for further info and repeated request to stop calling, you as an educated business man should STOP CALLING. Your continued harassing phone calls aren't making our partners any more interested in your business, actually quite the opposite, we actually laugh at you. Also on a side note...you should really watch the attitude you have towards the assistants and receptionist when you call, we are the ones who dictate what calls make it through, they hire us to control this and we have the power.

I think I can help. This is my phone number. My name is Phil Eastridge, I'm a stock broker at National Securities in New York City. I'm not Jeff. Mr. Sisnet is no longer with our firm. Calls from this number (Me) are introductory calls. The goal is to introduce myself and my firm to the recipient and open a dialogue that will potentially lead to a business relationship. It's nothing sinister.
