I had a co-worker, Patsy, who used to order diet pills online and used phone numbers belonging to me and several other people in the office instead of using her own. If I could give you her last name, believe me, I would! Anyway, I have been receiving calls regularly from a bzillion different drug pushing companies, asking for Patsy G, and offering to "refill" my prescription. I have explained the situation to them, told them not to ever call, talked to I don't know HOW MANY managers and told them to remove my name. I have filed umpteen complaints to the Do Not Call Registry. And they STILL CALL.
Oh yeah ... and it's been going on for EIGHT YEARS!!
If I could reach through the phone and pull their tongues out, I would!

This bogus telemarketer hung up on me when I asked for the name of his company. I will file another complaint against them on the Do Not Call Registry: https://www.donotcall.gov/

Called my 14 year olds phone and when I answered it he was speaking with a heavy accent, told him it was a 14 year olds phone and he started arguing with me, saying he could tell I wasn't 14. I replied in not so nice terms that I was her mother and he said he was calling for me, about my blue and clear diet pills to keep me healthy. I weigh about 100 lbs and have never used diet pills in my life. No idea what he was talking about and when I asked him who this was he hung up on me.

This was yet another unsolicited, unwanted telemarketer trying to sell cheap drugs. I told the caller to stop calling us and he hung up on me, hopefully for good.

I also received a voicemail (12-7-2010) with no message, just a "clicking" sound of a phone call being disconnected.
