This number is associate with a scam.  If you have purchased anything on line they may have bought your information. Calls me all the time. I have told them to lose the number.  Its a scam artist

Called three times this morning. Asked to speak to Christopher Dowing. Said he was calling from US Customs.

212-461-4418 called my cell phone this morning; I didn't pick it up, but received notification of a voicemail left.  Checked VM -- no one on line, call was "two seconds."

Irritating, as usual.  This is the first call that wasn't an 800 or 877 number.

I received a call from this number claiming it was Verizon Wireless and that I had been selected to receive a free cell phone.  The man had what I think was an Indian accent and there was noise in the background like he was calling from a call center.  He was quite unprofessional in his manner and I stopped him before he could go any further saying that I didn't need a new cell phone and hung up.

Indian Male called the land line and offered a FREE VERIZON CELL PHONE when told that the VERIZON WIRELESS SERVICE was too costly and was discontinued,the $39.00/month cost is the real cost of the Cell Phone.   This man is calling from a room full of phone solicitors and IT IS A SCAM.   Verizon Land & Wireless Offer you no help except for the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Someone with a hard-to-understand accent called asking for the business owners. I think he said something about Capital, but honestly, I wasn't sure.

Got the same call from some scam artist from this number.  Real bad English.  Claims to be calling from CashNet.  The number he uses is 310-421-9582.

Guy speaks in thick Chinese accent.  Claims to be an attorney named Michael Stevens.  May say you owe money to payday lender.  Told him he's a scammer and not to call back.

They told me they were bringing charges against me from a payday company that I ahve never heard of. They had the name of MY BANK, and the supposed date that I took the loan. I kept on the line for a while BS'ing him while I searched for the phone number. I constantly asked for the name of the law firm, and he kept saying he did not have to give me that information. Iam very worried that he knows what bank I use. As it is a very small bank,and only hs 4 branches.

I got the same call, had my bank account number also called from 310-421-9582 and 212-461-4418, also very bad english, said he was calling from a courthouse and I was being sued for wire fraud, said he was an attorney, I asked him for his attorney I.D.# and he got real ignorant and told me I had no right to question him, when I was the one getting sued, another scam.

I keep getting calls from this number and nobody ever responds when I pick the call

Asked to talk to the owner of the company, and was very evasive when I asked what they wanted. Started saying something about Yellow Pages. I said we don't need any yellow pages listing and hung up.

Very aggressive caller. Calls the house over 10 times a day and calls my sons mobile continuously whilst he is at school. This is unacceptable.

All the callers say they are from Verizon wireless (I live in the U.K.) and I have won a prize. They always ask for my bank details so they can "transfer the prize". When I refuse, they get very very aggressive and one even threatened to assault me if I didn't give them what they wanted. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling me and my son, but they do not listen.

Rec'd a call from 212-461-4418 at 12:39pm EST.  Did not take the call, caller left no voice mail message.  Returned call at 7:45pm, call did not go through three out of three tries. Fast busy signal.

Called today asking for manager, said they could offer half price electricity to us, I said Northern Ireland only has one electric board NIE and that was impossible, he went on a bit and started to get nasty, I lost my patience and got nasty back, he hung up and then phone back again giving me more crap, and said he was suing me for 10k or something because I was nasty on phone to him and he was reporting me to police or something haha. Told him no problem and do you want me to report it for him then told him where to go again. hopefully never hearfrom the scumbag again.

Yes it is NCO the most obnoxious collection agency in the world.  They have no creativity - just pure annoyance.  They are so obnoxious and more virulent than ebola!

These folks called my Mother in England and said they were returning my Dad call.  Mum said 'Well he has been dead for six years so he must have been calling from the grave.' (You go Mum!)  The guy gave an embarassed laugh and hung up.  A few days later they called again while she was out.  I just called the Consumer Hotline: (800) 550-9619 provided by another helpful persson here.  Got through to a person and told her the details, apparently they will research and remove in 24 hours.  We shall see.

called with recorded message requesting me to press 1 to reactivate ATM card or 2 to exit.  No clue who this is---don't use ATM.

Possible scam call to my home in the UK.  Called him self Mike.  Started asking questions about whether I had paid any UK bank charges.

First day I got the call.  Never answered.  There were four calls one right after the other. Knew it was SPAM!

Received several calls in quick succession.  Two rings then hang up.  Immediately before got serveral calls from 049-782-1578.  Same thing.  Two rings then hang up.  I did not answer any of these calls.

Just got several more in rapid succession.  When I finally answered a woman just kept saying "Bueno"

Someone called me up from this number asking for my Visa number...When I asked for a number to call them back at, they hung up on me.
