I just received a call from this numbner, but no one spoke when I said hello. I Googled this number and assuming its just some kind of marketing scheme?

Annoying network marketing company calls constantly.  They capture your number using deceptive measures.  I have an unlisted, unpublished number.  Will report them to the FTC.
