removel never works. They cliam to be non-profit so they do not have to honour do not call list.
One time I was told but as a curtasy, I will remove you. However, I purhcased tickets again, and they started calling.
Just got a call again. Thats why I googled the number and ended up here again.

i went to one concert they asked for my phone number, now i get calls everyday, several times a day. i called the customer service department to have my name removed. we will see if it works.
